Dear Ms. Y., Warm greetings from Mövenpick Villas & Residences Phu Quoc! It was a great pleasure having you stay with us. Thank you for taking the time to complete our online guest satisfaction survey and share your feedback. We have carefully reviewed the buggy requests made during your stay. We noted that several requests were made through the Mövenpick app, sometimes within only a few minutes of one another. Our team was generally able to respond within approximately 10–15 minutes. However, we understand that having to wait for transportation can be inconvenient, particularly when travelling as a family. We also found that when multiple requests are made from different locations at around the same time, additional coordination may be required to ensure that each request is properly identified and followed up. We are therefore reviewing our buggy request monitoring process through the Mövenpick app to ensure that requests are followed up promptly and properly closed once guests have been collected. Please rest assured that your feedback has been taken seriously and will be used to further improve our buggy coordination and service standards.
