청소는 깨끗했고, 룸서비스는 빠르고 신속했다. 다만 메인게이트로의 이동이 1시간에 1번씩만 가능하여 외부로의 이동이 불편하였다.

이번에 크기 실망을 했습니다. 앞으로 그 누구한테나 추천하고 싶지 않습니다. 보름 전에 예약한 것을 도착 당일 일반적으로 예약 취소 해주는 경험은 저음이었고 최악 이었습니다. 추가 예약을 해도 확정 되고 나서 판매완료? 뭐 때문에 이런지 모르겠지만 이런 경우 처음이었습니다.

We truly regret to learn about your disappointment and understand how frustrating this experience must have been, especially during a busy travel period. Upon careful review, we would like to share what we found, with the hope of providing clarity. Your original reservation was confirmed for the night of 2–3 January, and you were able to check in and stay as planned. Prior to your departure, your booking agent (Ctrip) contacted us to request an extension in the same room category. Unfortunately, due to the peak season and very high occupancy at that time, we no longer had availability in that category, which led to the extension request being declined. Additionally, our team advised that you kindly check directly with the Front Office to explore any possible alternatives. We sincerely regret that this situation gave the impression of a cancellation or inconsistency, as this was certainly not our intention. If we have misunderstood any part of your concern, or if there are additional details you would like us to review, please do not hesitate to let us know. Your feedback is very important to us, and we would appreciate the opportunity to better understand your experience.
