I chose the resort for enjoy holiday, and I definitely recommend the resort to all my friends. Well managed facilities, comfortable room, high quality of massage. One of the best I can recommend is guest centric service! 1. Free pick up and drop off service to airport 2. Welcome drink service with check-in 3. Comfortable services to the room - Every staffs are well trained, all staffs do kind greeting with beautiful smile to guests - Turndown service with small gift - I was very impressed with guest experience manager(Mr. Shamir), he even remembered my face and name and explained all of detail information for better staying experience. Also, he promptly gave solution for the unexpected issue in check-out date. I was not only impressed his service mind, but also impressed prompt and proper action to resolve the issue. 베트남 첫 여행으로 해당 리조트를 선택하였고 이는 확실하게 만족스러운 선택이었습니다. 리조트 시설은 전반적으로 잘 관리되었으며 서비스 또한 더 할 나위없이 훌륭했습니다. 픽업, 체크인, 투숙, 체크아웃, 샌딩까지 모두 완벽한 투숙 경험이었습니다. 투숙기간 동안 먹은 음식들이나 마사지, 바다까지 이어져있는 수영장 모든 것이 힐링하기에 최고였습니다. 잘 관리된 시설은 어느 리조트에나 있을 수 있습니다, 그러나 해당 리조트에서 겪었던 서비스 경험은 더욱 놀라웠습니다. 모든 직원들이 아름다운 미소로 손님을 응대하며 특히 게스트 서비스 매니저인 Mr. Shamir 님의 세심하고 탁월한 서비스에 감탄했습니다. 리조트를 세심하게 살피며 모든 고객들의 성함을 인지하고 인사를 나누는 모습은 인상 깊었으며 문제해결능력 또한 탁월합니다. 객실 내에 턴다운 서비스에는 간단한 다과를 나눠주는데 이 또한 세심하였고 무료 공항 픽업/샌딩 서비스 또한 훌륭했습니다. 다음 푸꾸옥 여행에도 해당 리조트로 올 생각입니다, 너무 만족스러운 경험을 주심에 감사드립니다.

Everything about La Veranda was beautiful, our room the bar and restaurants and the setting generally. The staff were all amazing. It was a very short walk from the hotel to the beach which was lovely and was often the setting for some memorable BBQ's, buffets and entertainment.

I have to say, my stay left a lot to be desired. If not for the Herculean efforts of Sam, one of the managers there, to try to rectify what was becoming a disaster, this would probably be a one-star review. After asking for a "quiet room" since I was hoping to spend 4 days of solace on my own, I was placed next to a room with part of a large wedding party (which was booked well before I booked my room, which they neglected to tell me about until I arrived...also closing half the beach for one full day/night). The rooms had a freaking connecting door to mine, so for the first 2 nights, those drunk-ass jerks next door returned at 2AM to loud laughing and talking, and those rooms are like echo chambers, so it sounded as if I was IN the room WITH them. When I mentioned it to Sam, he upgraded me to an Ocean View (for my 3rd and 4th nights) that was much quieter. In addition, the club sandwich at the casual restaurant was abyssmal. I specifically asked before I ordered it if it was on toasted bread and was told "OF COURSE it is toasted, Sir". It ended up being a flimsy, soggy, piece of brown bread with chicken that tasted like rubber. The TV in my first room didn't work, and even when they came by to try to fix it, they could not. I didn't bother trying the TV in the second room. Lastly, the pool was supposed to be open until 7PM every night, but one night I stopped by for a swim after sunset on the beach BEFORE 6:30PM, and no towels. The next night, I walked by just before 5:30PM, and no towels. It's bad enough they close the pool so early (except for the aforementioned drunken wedding party, which was apparently allowed to swim well after 1AM). Just far from what I expected based on reviews and recommendations from people who knew others who had been there. The resort itself is nice, and secluded enough for Phu Quoc, and the staff seemed to do their best to go out of their way for the clients, but not being able to sleep more than an hour or two for half of my stay was unacceptable, and was preventable. The food in the casual restaurant? Pretty nasty. Thank you Sam for salvaging at least part of my stay!

First time to Vietnam and Phu Quoc was incredible. We stayed at Le Veranda for 15 nights and had the most fantastic stay. Le Veranda is a beautiful and quiet resort with great exceptional service from all the staff. The rooms are large and with a comfortable bed and nice amenities. The food at both restaurants and bar cocktails are superb! The pool side and beach is very nice and clean with plenty of loungers available. The complimentary wine and rum tasting and afternoon tea were also very nice activities that made guests mingle and create a nice atmosphere. We loved the resort and really appreciate that it is a smaller boutique hotel with only 74 rooms -we will definitely be back at Le Veranda next time we come to Vietnam.
