I initially encountered an issue with my reservation, and to be honest, I was quite anxious and worried at first. However, everything changed the moment I was assisted by Mr. Duy Khang from the Front Desk. From the very beginning, he demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, patience, and genuine care that immediately put me at ease. Despite the language barrier and the fact that Japanese was not available, Mr. Duy Khang went above and beyond by taking the time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully in Chinese, ensuring that I fully understood every detail. His communication was calm, respectful, and incredibly reassuring. What impressed me most was his dedication—he actively called and coordinated with different departments to help search for available rooms, making every possible effort to find the best solution for my situation. Throughout the entire process, he remained kind, attentive, and fully committed to resolving my concerns. I never once felt rushed or dismissed. Instead, I felt truly cared for as a guest. Thanks to his warm-hearted assistance and problem-solving skills, all of my worries were completely resolved, allowing me to enjoy my stay with absolute peace of mind. This experience truly exceeded my expectations and perfectly reflects what exceptional hospitality should be. Mr. Duy Khang is a remarkable front desk professional, and his service represents the hotel at its very best. Excellent service, sincere care, and outstanding hospitality like this are rare to find. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking not only comfort but also genuine, thoughtful service. I will definitely choose to stay here again in the future, and I sincerely hope to be assisted by Mr. Duy Khang once more.

Beautiful resort, very clean, breakfast buffet is amazing and the executive privilege pass is so worth it! The staff are excellent, super friendly and authentic! In particular we got great service from Hien Anh, Thang, Han, Phuc. Lam was also amazing! Thanks for making our stay so great!!!
