전체적인 시설과 친절도는 좋았으나 위치가 너무 외지에 있고 특히 침실과 화장실 공간이 분리되지 않아 불편했다.

The resort is located away from the main town to create a peaceful escape from the city’s bustle, which is an important part of our concept. For ease of travel, we provide scheduled shuttle services, nearby public transportation, and that our Bell team also always supports metered taxi bookings whenever needed. We also appreciate your comments regarding the room layout. Our design follows a more open-plan concept which aims to create a sense of space and a relaxed, contemporary atmosphere. That said, we understand that this style may not suit everyone’s preference, particularly for guests who value more separation and privacy between the bedroom and bathroom areas. Your feedback is truly valuable to us, and we will certainly take it into consideration as we continue to refine our guest experience.
