Our family chose Pullman and that choice was extremely wonderful, from the quality of food to very good service, the morning buffet was quite complete and special at The Lighthouse Bar, the water quality and service of KHOA was excellent, he was very attentive when asking and sharing with us places to play, he was very gentle and friendly. Overall, it was great but besides, the quality of the room was not good and the sound insulation was poor and needed to be improved

My husband and I chose the Pullman after researching Vietnam for some time. We booked through luxury escapes choosing the full board option. The cabana room we had was clean but quite dated and in need of refurbishment, the blind in the jacuzzi didn’t work and we were told not to touch it, so couldn’t be opened up to let light in nor closed to save your modesty on a night time. The jacuzzi was in need of a good clean and as the plug didn’t work the first day I’m sure it hadn’t been cleaned from previous guests! What luxury escapes don’t tell you is that there is limited menu choice and if you are there for more than a few days it can be quite repetitive especially if you aren’t a noodle, rice or pasta lover! When querying luxury escapes about this we were told that we should have read the small print! Drinks in the beach bar from 5-7 were lovely with a view of the sunset which couldn’t be matched. The service from Tham and the team were excellent and couldn’t be faulted. She personally made my holiday with her warm friendly manner and attention to detail. The beach was spotless with plenty of beds available although snorkelling there was nothing to see whatsoever ( think they had all been caught for the night market dinners) The pool is very large and again plenty of beds around to sit on. Gardeners are constantly attending to the gardens and the grounds are amazing for this. The breakfast buffet was vast and there was something for everyone with cuisines from around the globe catered for. A true highlight. As part of the package we booked we could enjoy breakfast in the mad cow restaurant which was also a very vast buffet but with also cooked to order options. ( Steak and Mash for breakfast winning!!) The view was also fabulous. The hotel provided a free shuttle bus to an evening night market which was complimentary an insight into Vietnamese culture. 24hours booking in advance was for needed. On the whole the Pullman was a fabulous hotel but the limited choice of food maybe put a bit of a dampener of things. Could not fault the staff they are all to be treasured a true asset in them all.
