만족스러운 점: 호텔 시설이 깔끔하고 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 특히 로비의 차량 안내 직원분 덕분에 택시비를 아낄 수 있어서 정말 감사했습니다. 가족 모두 시설과 서비스에는 대만족했습니다. 아쉬운 점: 객실 내부에 약간 꿉꿉한 냄새가 났고, 조식으로 먹은 쌀국수에서 벌레가 나와서 위생 면에서 살짝 아쉬움이 남습니다. (컴플레인은 따로 안 했습니다.) 전반적으로는 만족스러운 호텔이라 푸꾸옥 가족 여행 숙소로 추천할 만합니다.

조식 음식이 깔끔하고 맛이 있었으며 매일매일 조금씩 다른 메뉴가 제공되어 좋았습니다. 또한 모든 시설이 깔끔하고 운동 시설은 크지는 않았으나 알차게 구성되어 있었고 전반적으로 실내온도도 좋았습니다. 직원들은 모두다 너무 친절하여 다시 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다.
