체크인할 때 리셉션 직원들은 매우 친절했고 룸도 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 아쉬운 점은 타월이 더 필요해서 리셉션에 가서 요청했는데 가져다주겠다고 해서 기다렸는데 오지 않았습니다. 이후 전화로 다시 타월을 요청했는데 한참 가져다주지않아서 전날 사용한 타월을 다시 사용했습니다. 모든 체크아웃 준비가 끝난 뒤 방으로 타월을 가져다주어서 늦은 응대가 아쉬웠습니다. 이전 숙소가 앱으로 버기나 편의용품을 요청할 수 있던 곳이라 더욱 아쉬움이 남았던 것 같습니다.
