다른 아코르 플래티넘 많이 이용해봤는데 가장 별로였음. 스위트룸 예약했는데도 다른 특별한 혜택이 없었음.

전반적으로 만족스러웠으나 서비스 요청에 대한 처리시간이 느린점이 아쉬웠습니다. (예를 들어 룸서비스 시간 혹은 수건 요청 등등) 그리고 룸 클리닝시간이 일정한 시간대에 이루워지지않아서 숙박중에 혼란스러웠던 점도 있었습니다.
