Bad service from hotel staff

Very poor service, examples: 1-We are 4 people in the suite , only 3 towels were given day after day. Needed to call to ask for the 4th towel every day 2-omelette order in the breakfast takes 30min even in the lounge area 3-We booked full board for the room, upon arrival we were asked to pay 50% more for the 2 kids (misleading info) 4-the staff doesn’t speak good English, you order soup and no spoons are given. You ask for 4 spoons and only 1 arrive Janie at reception is useless, the manager also didn’t care . The hotel is full of Russians with very little manners, we went in high season and it was so difficult to get any beach beds available The beach is nice, food gets very limited after 7 days

The place has a fantastic beach. Too bad you have to fight for sunbeds and watch out for the life guard even removing your towels if you don’t use them for more than 30 mins. Also there is no equipment for water sports. The restaurants are ok but the staff attitude and service level is not aligned with a five star standard. Also there are long queue for breakfast. Overall a wasted opportunity and I wouldn’t go back.
