Anh, the spa therapist, was very cheerful and friendly. The full-body treatment was extremely relaxing and professional. The spa has a fresh, green atmosphere, and the swimming pool offers a beautiful sunset view, making the whole experience truly enjoyable.

Nice hotel, confortable and the room is big with nice balcony and great view. I went to the SPA and the maseusse Tien did a great job, she is very experienced with great technical experience…. Going for another massage for aure!!

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, and the service and everything overall were very good. However, what truly stood out was the amazing spa experience with Anh. She made us feel extremely comfortable and relaxed throughout the treatment. We highly recommend choosing Anh if you want to try the spa services—they are truly excellent 👍

Enjoyed a return visit to the Novotel for the second year in a row. While it was noticeable the hotel was completely full, we still really enjoyed our stay, and the hotel has some great facilities and hardworking staff, such as Linh at reception or Nghi at the restaurant. The standard rooms are good value for money and we really like the layout of the hotel and gardens, with plenty of green space. Also nice to be able to make complimentary use of the pickle ball court as well as quite a decent gym and the location is nice as well, both at the beach but with access to a little town with shops, a market and restaurants. Breakfast is good and varied, though the Sri Lankan tea of years past has been replaced by a not so good Vietnamese brand. We had dinner at both restaurants and would recommend them both, especially the seafood restaurant. One thing that management can improve here is the fact that people put towels on their daybeds near the pool and then disappear for hours. This leads to all beds being occupied and can be frustrating. Should be something that management need to pay attention to. Other than that however, we enjoyed our stay and would come back if in PQ again.
