Let's start with the good things since there's few of them and it's easy to list: 1) The pool is big 2) The hotel is right across a strong of restaurants, massage spas, and street food 3) There's a free shuttle to sunset town along with free entry to the shows 4) The room is modern and nice Okay let's get to the bad: 1) When I arrived, I was told I had 2 single beds. I asked if I could get switched to 1 queen, and they said they couldn't. My friend was checking in and had the same 2 single bed situation, and they happily switched her. When I told the person that was helping me, they magically found a queen room, though seemed very unhappy to switch me. 2) To get to my section of the hotel from the lobby, I needed to walk through the restaurant. This would normally be fine, but once the restaurant closes and the sun sets, they turn off the lights and I'm left to walk through the restaurant in darkness. 3) The breakfast buffet is alright for 1 day, but very little changes day to day (a few hot dishes), and so by day 3, you're already sick of the buffet 4) Housekeeping woke me and my friends up at 8am and 9am by ringing the doorbell multiple times. Granted, we didn't put out the "do not disturb" sign, but I've never in my life been to a hotel where they came that early. 5) My room had body lotion, but my friends did not, and so she called down to reception multiple times to get help, but no one picked up. 6) I was woken up at 4am by what almost sounded like an animal behind the wall. It happened repeatedly enough I could record the audio 7) The pool area frequently ran out of pool towels. Overall, the level of service is not what you would expect from a "5 star" hotel. It was an alright stay, but not a hotel I would ever recommend to someone.

This hotel have ticket and bus go to Sun world have symphony of light and sound where night seeing for eat and drink. For Accor member do not miss for all it eat at 16:00-17:30. I like beef berger and cold cut set. And funny games in the Beach in evening

This place is excellent. A range of facilities ranging from nice pool, great private beach, free use of kayak subject to availability. This time the sea was choppy so didn't get to use their kayak but we are sure to come back again on our next trip to Phu Quoc.

We travel extensively to different countries, always staying in 5-star hotels. This is our first time in Phu Quoc, and we are absolutely delighted with your service. The food is excellent and delicious, and the cleanliness of our floor, D-8, is exceptional. I just want to throw up

Pillows and bed sheets smelled of previous guests, even after us asking to change them. Mini fridge didn’t work and took us 4 attempts to get one that worked (barely). The staff is rude and really make you feel you are not welcome. Specially after if you complain about basic things. We have a baby and couldn’t store the milk on the mini fridge. They couldn’t care less. On a family “friendly” resort. Also the guests are quite noisy and the food from breakfast is really bellow standards. I got sick during the holiday and couldn’t leave the room for 2 days. On the day after we asked to change our sheets (the smell from previous guests was pungent) they “forgot to clean our room” and the receptionist said that our room would be prioritised (I complained at about 5PM). The most outrageous thing on this resort is that if you complain, they make it even worse (hoping you don’t realize). Right now i am writing this review lying on a bed completely disgusted with the smell, still sick, almost throwing up. It’s really one of those holidays/resort you count the days until you leave. I regret so much choosing this resort.

Please note that our staff made several attempts to adjust the temperature and replaced it multiple times to meet your needs. Additionally, as minibars are not designed to perform as standard refrigerators, we offered to store your baby’s milk in our main kitchen refrigerator for proper preservation. We are sorry if this solution did not fully meet your expectations or if there was any misunderstanding in our communication. Regarding your comments about the room arrangements, we want to emphasize that our manager personally assisted your family by facilitating a room change to better accommodate your preferences. Our team strives to address guest concerns promptly and ensure a comfortable stay, and we regret that these efforts did not appear to be acknowledged or appreciated.
