Dear Jemmy W., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We truly appreciate your comments, as they help us continuously improve our services and guest experience. We would like to offer some clarification regarding the points you mentioned: Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc is a large integrated property that includes both a hotel and residence area. The Residence zone is located slightly further from the beachfront; however, to ensure guest comfort, we provide a complimentary buggy service to assist with transportation throughout the resort. We appreciate your understanding as we work to make this information more accessible for future guests. Regarding your check-in experience, our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. During your arrival, the room was still being prepared, and our team was also working to clarify the breakfast package and occupancy details, as the original booking was for two adults and an additional guest over 12 years old was present. As part of our policy, we’re required to verify such adjustments to ensure accuracy in inclusions and charges. We're sorry if this process caused any inconvenience. In terms of the towel card system, this is part of our sustainability efforts, helping us manage towel usage responsibly. In the past, some towels were misplaced far from the resort, which led to the implementation of this system. We appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter. Lastly, we regret to hear that you felt your membership status was not acknowledged. This is not the level of service we aim to deliver, and we’ll be addressing this internally with our team.
