Excellent stay from start to finish. Big thank you to the lovely Trian at Beach House, xuam & her little sister Co SMP at evening dinner, Thanh Thao daily at breakfast with a big smile 😃, night receptionist who helped with my flight query & all the staff at Pullman. Quality of food & drink was excellent. Facilities & comfort throughout. Leaving too soon 😢

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The pool was spacious and beautiful, and the beach was calm and peaceful. The view from the rooftop terrace was absolutely stunning. We truly enjoyed everything and were very satisfied with our stay.

I did a stay at Mövenpick before trying Pullman on the same island. I was a little hesitant as Movenpick (reviewed elsewhere) far exceeded my expectations in terms of hospitality and Accor familiarity. At first, was not sure about Pullman because my first exposure was to the Connectivity Lounge, where Accor members are greeted. This lounge was not really for me, as there were 'Silence' signs around, and the welcoming staff are 'hidden' far back in a separate space. Had to question the meaning of 'Connectivity' in the title, as the vibes in the Lounge were too serious, business-like, and chilly for me. Not a place to soak in the resort sun and fun. On the other hand, the Beach Club Lounge a short walk or buggy ride away was on the opposite spectrum - warm, welcoming, fun and overall an excellent Lounge for "connectivity". Check out the picture of the staff as the sun sets in. Likewise, the fun vibes at Lighthouse Bar, due to the amazing Mr. Ngoc. If you visit Pullman here, be sure to look out for Mr. Ngoc, Bar Manager extraordinaire. There's a picture of him included here as well. Then, there's Mad Cow and the super-friendly crew at breakfast and dinner times. This crew looked after us so well that I can still remember their names. I would like to thank Ms. Giau, Ms. Han, Ms. Tam, Ms. "Yeah", Ms. Anh and Mr. Hung (passionate about his delicious hibiscus drink). There was also a Mr. Anh at the ground floor restaurant, who did a great job with attention to detail. Of special mention is Mr. Khang, who advised me of the rules regarding Accor Restaurants and Triple Points. He was the first person ever across Accor Hotels who could inform me accurately about the scheme. I met Bars Manager, Mr. Dang, and his Supervisor, Mr. Tam, to let them know what a great team they have. On ground floor were more stars, who I believe would make Mr. Frank (General Manager) and Ms. Linh (Manager) tremendously proud. I met both when they greeted me at the Front Desk, and informed them of how excellent the Reception Staff are on Floor 1. A very big thank you to Ms. Tran, who attended to all of my Accor inquiries and requests. She, like Ms. Chan, went the extra mile to follow-up on my many questions. Mr. Khang, Mr. Thai and Mr. Viet Nam (yes, his real name) all helped out. Finally, the very first crew that greeted us, and then always greeted us until the very end. The amazing, pro-active, super-helpful Concierge Team who also took on the role as buggy drivers. My personal thanks go to these quiet - yet memorable - staff. Thank you, Mr. Khoa, Mr. Binh and Mr. Anh. If it wasn't for you in particular, Mr. Khoa, I would have checked-out of Pullman after the first day due to my wanting to move away from the main building and outside to be closer to the pool and beach and into the real resort-style rooms. Pictured are photos of the atmosphere outside the main building, where the sun shines and the resort starts. Never went back into that Connectivity Lounge after Day 1, having found my new 'home' in the rooms outside the main building, under the sun nearer to the pool, beach and super-relaxing Beach Club.

We met a very kind staff, Bae Nhi at the restaurant. Thanks to her, we could spent our meal time happily. She can speak Korean and take care of our baby.
