Special Thanks to Reception and Restaurant staff. Very welcoming and professional. But a big Thankyou to the bar staff at The Beach House - Tran, Giangi, Duy and Thai. So friendly and welcoming. Our favourite place! My husband left his sunnies there when we had drinks before dinner and whilst we were at dinner Duy bought them to our table. Such friendly beautiful staff. Can't wait to come back. Thankyou xx

I preface this review to state we were staying with a Luxury Escapes package for 8 nights. This package included meals, a 1 hour massage and drinks for 2 hours. The Room Our room was ok, everything worked however small things annoyed us. The curtains were unhooked from the track and hanging down so couldn't be closed, housekeeping was average - everyday something was missing ie no bathmat, no hand towels, dirty coffee mugs where we left them. The patio has one chair and a small table - why only 1 chair when the room was for 2. Looking around the patios every room was the same. Hence for a morning coffee one person stands the other sits. Overall a real Lack of Attention to detail. The Beach Beach was ok nothing very special. Water was always murky with some rubbish in the water. We used to sit in the quiet zone but we noticed the guests from the resort next door came in and set up on the Pullman sun lounges for the day. Probably because that beach was covered in rubbish. We went on a day trip and to the beach at Sao Beah which was absolutely beautiful - no comparison to the beach at the pullman. The Food Breakfast at Salt and Pepper was excellent just beware the chaotic crowds. Lunch and dinner could be taken at Beach House or Salt and Pepper. The menu at Beach House consisted of Burgers, Tacos and hotdogs - absolute junk. They did have a green salad which we had numerous times as we couldn't eat any more junk. The menu at Salt and Pepper consisted of chicken or pork cooked different ways with different sauces and a pile of rice or noodles. There was no seafood not even fish, no vegies and no salads. We were sick to death of the food after 4 days after 8 days couldn't wait to leave. Mentioned this to the staff and they said numerous others have complained and management informed?? Beach House bar - drinks were not very strong at all. The Expresso martini was good. The staff there Tham, Tran and Thai were great. Massage excellent The staff at the restaurants and bar were great couldn't fault them. The other good thing was the afternoon sunsets which were stunning. I am afraid there is not any thing else to say that is positive about the Pullman - we would never return and would not recommend. In contrast we moved from the Pullman to Villa Le Corail Gran Melia Nha Trang absolutely no comparison. Amazing menus and total professionalism.

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents that stayed at your hotel from 03.02-12.02 (Kamalov) they absolutely enjoyed their stay. And have been constantly telling me to give you 5 stars and thank Mr. Duong from reception team. He has made their stay unforgettable and they are very glad for his personalised attention to them. In general the staff was incredibly attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, they will be definitely coming back!
