We had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Resort and everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The staff truly made our experience special. We would like to sincerely thank Kien, Hieu, and Andy, they were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality and attention to detail made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. The service was excellent from start to finish, and we really enjoyed our time at the resort. We would definitely recommend Mövenpick to anyone visiting Phu Quoc and would love to come back again🥰

During my stay at Mövenpick Hotel, I had a truly satisfying experience, especially thanks to the dedication and professionalism of the staff. I was particularly impressed by Ny, the barista, who was very friendly, attentive, and made excellent coffee. Each cup was perfectly prepared and clearly showed care and passion for the job. I would also like to mention Dat, who served the eggs, for being quick, enthusiastic, and always helpful with a cheerful attitude. His attentiveness made the dining experience even more enjoyable.In addition, Mint and Sach, the service staff, left a very positive impression. They were polite, thoughtful, and handled every request in a professional and gentle manner. Thanks to these wonderful staff members, my experience at Mövenpick was truly memorable. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

We had a wonderful experience with Chef Mukesh at Mövenpick Villas & Residences Phu Quoc. We were traveling from India with our young daughter, and Indian food—especially child-friendly meals—was very important for us. Chef Mukesh went out of his way to understand our requirements and prepared fresh, simple, and authentic Indian food suitable for our daughter. His care, flexibility, and personal attention truly made us feel at home, even while being so far away from India. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality and concern for guests’ comfort. Thanks to Chef Mukesh, our stay became much more relaxed and enjoyable as parents. A big thank you to him for the exceptional service and kindness. Highly appreciated and highly recommended!

Great service from Ngoc, Bella, Ivan, Hep, Anh. The food is nice. The atmosphere is good. It is not a busy restaurant. The price is reasonable.
