Stayed for one night,as we had an early morning flight, staff were friendly and attentive and the hotel is comfortable, we found the room very cold, and struggled to get the heating to work, so it made it an uncomfortable stay, we ate in the restaurant, which was lovely, and the staff there were very helpful, one or two nights would be the most I would want to spend there, especially in the winter.

My stay at the hotel was just for one night. The room was clean, well-maintained, and spacious. Soap and shampoo were provided in the bathroom (it’s a pity there was no toothpaste or toothbrushes). The room was quiet, and the reception staff were friendly. Only 15 minutes by bus from the airport (Terminal 5). I didn’t use the breakfast service.

So the hotel it’s self isn’t too bad, does the job and in good location, friendly check in clean room etc. but sadly as much as the hotel have focused on making the rooms sound proof from the airport, it’s completely undone with the fact the walls between rooms are paper thin. The fact you can hear the next door room use the toilet and cough etc and the then awful night sleep that went with it completely undid any positives. I wouldn’t stay again sadly.

Smooth check-in process. Rooms are a decent size. Unfortunately though, the shower wasn’t great and the bed was rock hard - not bad for a night, but not sure our backs would thank us if we stayed any longer! Breakfast buffet was nice. Didn’t have an evening meal so cannot comment on that - we ended up going to the Greene King pub over the road, which I would highly recommend for some lovely well priced food and drinks. Overall, a nice stay.

Stayed at this hotel as was going on holiday the next day via Heathrow. When I got my bank statement, I noticed 2 payments had come out - one I recognised, one I didn't. I emailed the hotel to see if they could tell me what the payments were for (I couldn't get through on the phone to speak with anyone!). I had a read receipt for my e-mail, but didn't get a reply. I sent a second e-mail a couple of weeks later, still no response. I've had a look at the Ibis website, but there doesn't seem to be any contact details for Customer Services.
