Seems a very new hotel. Aboiut 10 min walk from station. As an Accor member I was upgraded to a family room. Big rooms, comfy with strong wifi. Good insulated windows meant it was very quiet. Few minor points: no rain shower and not much fruit for breakfast (few sad looking apples and oranges) and limited cheese selection and no hot food.

Liked the rooms but..

We stayed for 3 nights with the family here and the location is just ideal. It has close proximity to Ealing Broadway Station and various eateries around the area. The rooms were spacious and immaculate, the "movie set" theme throughout the hotel was unique and fit in with the Ibis Styles concept. We slept well due to the well-soundproofed building. However, I felt that the staff interaction was a bit cold and not welcoming. There was no engagement and any effort to have meaningful conversation. We did not get asked upon arrival and departure if we enjoyed London nor our stay. I am an ALL Gold member and upon check-in, I was not informed about the welcome drink. I had to ask and only then I was explained. I had a preference of higher floor rooms (which I was lucky to be allocated in high floor rooms every time I stay in Accor properties), but I was assigned in the second floor for this stay. I accepted this considering we had two rooms and maybe they did not have two rooms adjacent in the higher floor. This is not an issue but reflecting on the previous point about staff interaction, this would be best to be communicated. Overall, we did enjoy our rooms but we did not feel warm and welcomed. I read through the reviews just before writing this review and found that the staff actually got quite a lot of compliments. Maybe it was just a bad day at the office for me?

The staff were friendly ahd very helpfull, and the hotel and my room was very clean and tidy. I would recomend this hotel to any of my family or friends.

Excellent ibis styles property that punches above its weight for the brand. New rooms and lobby area are well appointed with excellent fixtures. Large bathrooms and spacious rooms with great aircon. Friendly bar staff with extensive menu of drinks and pub fare. Perfectly clean throughout. Well located in the heart of Ealing, but note that it’s about 10-15 minutes’ walk to Elizabeth line stations at both Ealing Broadway and West Ealing, so may feel far for those using it to get into town or Heathrow, though at the price point I would consider it again for this purpose. Beds could benefit from the ibis “sweet sleep” toppers, but weren’t terrible. All in all, I’m generally a bit skeptical of ibis styles properties for their inconsistency (sometimes they feel “better” than ibis and other times “cheaper”). But this one delivers!

No response to my emails asking for a copy of my invoice. I've contacted them twice by email and once by phone and I'm being ignored. This is a great shame because I stay there regularly, I have done so for some years, but I need the invoice for business purposes. This isn't good enough.
