Stayed here on 28 April (one night) and came back on 30 April (one night). Roberto checked me in and respected my elite membership. Got me a room at 0730 and he tried to get me complimentary breakfast and later told me the restaurant manager didn’t agreed. Diamond member gets free breakfast on weekend and since my check in was a Sunday, the following day being Monday subject to a fee. My friends who are also elite member decided to have our breakfast at RADA CAFETERIA which is across from the hotel. It cost half what we would have paid in the hotel. Though said, we may consider to eat in the hotel on Monday if the restaurant manager who wasn’t so strict to the rules as a contributing revenue to hotel F&B - like what we did at Novotel Birmingham. The second stay we experienced the whole establishment door key issue. Georgia checked me and help me with my bags to my room. Really appreciate her because my bag was very heavy. The next day we checked out without any drama. Very modern and decent rooms. Worth the stay and shall be back soon.

Stayed here for a night due to a meeting in London. Had a few issues with the payment which was works problem but overall the hotel was lovely, clean and friendly.

A great place to stay and easy to get into central London.

We had a lovely time in this hotel recently. We are a family of 3 with a little boy of 6. We all enjoyed using the pool and had a great (of not a little pricy) vegan breakfast. We are there in the evening a couple of times and the food was great. The hotel is down the road from South Ealing Station on the Piccadilly Line. It’s about 15 mins walk. Really easy to get into London. We would recommend it.

Clean but in need of some improvements

The hotel was easy to find, and looked good. On arriving we were a little early so nipped to the bar for a drink. £16 for a wine and two d cokes. Checked in and as I had my sons with me 16 & 14 I needed a sofa bed which wasn’t ready. The sheets had suspect stains. I went to reception and they advised the cleaners would be in to sort asap. They did and that was fine. The toilet was unstable and the television didn’t work. On advising reception about the tv I was told the engineers were aware. However it affected our stay and we weren’t offered any discounts or offers or different rooms. Other than that the breakfast was excellent and the hotel was clean. The boys enjoyed the use of the pool and gym. We were a 5-10 min walk from Brentford station where there was a direct train to waterloo. Perfect.

This is the friendliest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The welcome from Georgie and her colleagues was amazing! The staff go out of their way to make sure YOU feel happy and content.
