No air con, far too warm

Sadly not a review I’d want to leave as the staff were so friendly and helpful. The bar area and food were also better than you’d expect. The quality of stay is 1 star as the rooms need serious refurbishment and new air conditioning, it simply does not work and we had no sleep whatsoever as our room could not be cooled down. We had the same issue 18 months ago and nothing has been done to fix it. In winter it’s probably not an issue but in warmer months the rooms are like ovens.

Do not stay at this hotel. We were put here overnight by British Airways after our flight was canceled for mechanical problems (second time on our two week trip). The dinner was supposed to be provided by the hotel and although they had a menu of food, the people put up by BA could only have the buffet, which consisted of something that looked like old fried egg rolls, coagulated brown gravy and chips. We woke up the next morning covered in bed bug bites. Upon complaining to the hotel staff we were told to make a complaint online. They didn’t even ask for the room number, so they have no intentions of checking the room or bed. I feel very sorry for whoever stays in that room next. I will never return to this hotel, and will never stay where BA puts us again.

Wonderful experience at this hotel. Staff are professional and friendly. Rana checked in for me with a warm welcome. He did provide quick response in a professional manner for fixing a couple of room's issues. And Hilda from the restaurant is also very nice and helpful with a sweet smile. It was an amazing experience especially with breakfast Ms Hilda & Aneta help and supported spontaneously. The reception could be better with fast and resolving services. Hotel location and prices are good. Bathroom needs to be updated with curtains and towels.

Great bus service from Heathrow to the hotel. Check in quick, easy and friendly. The room clean and adequate. The breakfast was outstanding - The scrambled eggs some of the best I've ever tasted. I saw the Manager ( Sylvie ) greet her staff ( Hilda and Aneta ) with hugs. A great, happy team. I look forward to my next visit here. Thank you.
