Excellent Airport Hotel Arrived late from Australia via Hong Kong Check in was a breeze by night staff very friendly and efficient and our 3 rooms were spotless clean the beds were very comfortable on our overnight stopover In the morning was greeted by Simran so polite and helpful very informative at front of house a real credit to the Accor brand Our breakfasts that was very good start to the morning was organised in no time by the helpful lady also our check out information for our requirements in transit In 2 weeks we are returning to Australia and we really look forward to our next stay at this very nice comfortable Heathrow hotel

Thermostat would not cooperate

Perfectly fine room, but the temperature didn’t drop below 24/5c despite repeated attempts at the thermostat, which unfortunately made for a terrible night’s sleep.

It is a great position, it is a good price but the staff never seem happy, I get the feeling they always suspect something.
