I was travelling with my 92 year old mum, the staff were very helpful and ensured we did not have to walk to far to the room, Felt very welcomed by the reception and dining area. Rooms very spacious, food very good. Will be back in November.

Had zero sleep - the bed was like trying to sleep on a rock

I booked the hotel to save having to get up super early before a 24 hour flight, as needed to be at the airport for 7am and was travelling down from wales. However, both myself and my mother did not sleep at all - the mattresses were like rocks and it was so frustrating. I’ve stayed in budget hotels before and never had an issue like this - we literally did not sleep and would like to request a refund. The whole point of staying in an airport hotel is to get some rest and we were both exhausted from staying here. Please could we arrange a refund?

So strange to have a reasonably priced, very tasty, and well-serviced meal in a Heathrow Ibis, but that's just what we had. Decent bar and very engaging and friendly staff to boot.

Conveniently located. Spacious clean room. Efficient check in staff. The restaurant was less appealing so I went next door to the Radisson for my evening meal.

Hotel is cheap and located very close to Heathrow T2/3. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel with several buses that take you to the Heathrow Central Bus Terminal in about 5 mins. The room was basic but bright and clean. Comfortable bed, hot shower, tea and coffee facility in the room, pretty quiet. Reception is open 24/7 and the staff were friendly. Can't really ask for more than that for an airport hotel, I would absolutely stay here again before an early flight. There's also a small restaurant and bar - food is ok, perfectly fine if you need to eat but don't want to go offsite to find something and there were several veggie options.

learn how to use your own equipment

There is a box sat behind reception meant to help deaf guests hear what is being said, but when my friend asked for it, the pointed to it, the people at the desk played dumb and it stressed her out. I cant be there all the time and my friend is profoundly deaf, she does her best to muddle along, lip reading but sometimes with quick speakers and especially with accents (English or Otherwise) it can be hard for her to make out, there is a device to make things easier but its no use unless the people it belongs to actually bother to learn to use it. I expect more from a hotel in such a vital corridor.

Odd hotel, we were in a separate building away from the main reception, making things tricky. We only jade one key so I had to sit in the dark with thr kids whilst my husband brought up the luggage. The room was not as bright and colourful as advertised on the website so we were disappointed with that as we had booked it because it looked fun and quirky. There was no kids welcome pack as advertised. My kids were a little disappointed. Location was good and easy to find. Reception staff were really helpful and friendly. I asked for extra pillows and they got to my room before I did which was amazing service. Reception called a taxi for us and this was seamless, great service.

The room was clean and suitable for a single night stay and the overall experience was satisfactory. Only slight negative, is the towels are a little threadbare.

Poor service, lack of cleanliness, staff training required

Room wasn’t particularly clean, especially in COVID time I was surprised, staff looked as though they were very busy but were not able to perform well, e.g took an hour for a blanket to be sent to the room, called twice, went down to reception to request it etc… Breakfast was basic, with items that seemed to have been taken out of packaging and reheated…. Lastly staff looked to me to be preppy trained in customer service, basic etiquette was lacking, inability to empathize or understand that they are there to provide a good service. I’m afraid my list is too long….I hope this helps

Dirty and zero COVID consideration!

I have stayed in hundreds of Accor hotels and this was the worst experience I’ve had. The staff were not taking any COVID measures, those that did have a mask, which was 1, wore it on his chin. The rest just wondered around. The room was really not very clean and I doubt there was any sterilization done, we actually found someone’s makeup on the floor. As for the breakfast, I seriously doubt you could find worse quality items to present to customers, practically inedible apart from the stuff obviously brought in. I am now COVID positive upon my return home, I can not for certain say it was from the hotel, but the I didn’t pass through a more risky point. Will highly recommend that no one stays there.

Stay, Travel to location are perfectly fine. Food is a bit disappointing. Both the vegetarian dishes we got were definitely the ready-to-eat packs heated using a microwave oven with some cooked dry rice.

We hired 2 rooms for an overnight stay near to Heathrow airport for an early flight next day. The hotel reception was professional and efficient checking us in and explaining services and Covid precautions. The restaurant and bar service was prompt and accurate. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. A good night's sleep before departure. I would definitely recommend the hotel for an airport stay.
