The mattress was hard to sleep on. I suppose I could have reported at 11pm at night, but we needed to be awake at 7am for our flight. The mattress had a topper put on

Stayed for a day waiting for a conection flight at Heathrow. Room is comfortable. Large and clean. Food at the restaurant is tasty and not so expensive. Late check-out for a reasonable price. Staff is kind and helpful.

Coach from Cardiff to Terminal 3 Heathrow. Just 5 minutes on bus to hotel. Easy , friendly check in warm comfortable room , good size for the two of us. Good selection of food available , just had a bottle of wine £18+ perfect for location. If I ever need to travel from Heathrow again this will DEFINITELY be my hotel of choice. £70 . Perfect location and price for midday Heathrow departures.
