The barman was abrupt and did not provide us with the drinks we requested. The room and its facilities were very good, but need some maintenance. For example, the safe did not work and the shower head sprayed water in every direction. Considering that the room had a kitchen, we would have expected to see some washing up detergent. Again, with the coffee making facilities, it was unusual in our experience not to have some milk provided. We would recommend your hotel, but these matters resulted in a lower rating than you are capable of.

Overall impression of room: size is good. Good desk for working. comfortable bed. View from Window to the road/park/harbor. A bit cramped bathroom. Bathroom has some sewer smell. The shower floor is one big slab of concrete or ceramic that is loose and moves under feet and this should be secured on the floor properly. TV could have more english language channels. One can hear whats going on on the neighboring rooms and also the noise from the streets. Breakfast is OK. The staff is friendly.

Hotel was as expected, pleasant helpful staff. Room had plenty of space and good decor, but whoever designed the bathroom needs the sack. Climbing into and out of shower through a narrow gap at the slope end of the bath with a glass sink in the way was dangerous. Crazy design. Also, the bar was too noisy.

Despite online check in we still need to go through normal check in at the receptionist. It is not exactly 2 bedrooms apartment, only 1 bedroom and extra bed at common space. Incomplete kitchenette, no dustbin no dishwasher sponge and soap.
