Nice hotel as always but this time there were a few comment about service. Check-in take a bit longer than last time and not feel special as member. Wait for all luggage almost 1 hour until I had to call to reception. Asked for ice bucket from 4.00 pm but did not deliver so I need to request again after 8.30 pm. During breakfast, asked for Ice Thai Tea, but did not delivered and needed to request again. Facilities are really great. Most of staff good service mind. Nice Breakfast. A lot of activities, kids were really happy.

I recently stayed at Sofitel Hua Hin and had a wonderful experience overall. The facilities are top-notch, especially the swimming pool which is perfect for both adults and kids. The kids' activities are well-organized and kept my children entertained throughout our stay. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The mini-golf area was very well decorated, but there were too many insects, including bees and big red ants. This was a bit of a nuisance and detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. It would be great if someone could look after this area to make it safer for kids and guests. Regarding the room, it would be better to have a separate room between the bedroom and living area. This way, when the kids are asleep, parents can work or watch dramas without disturbing them. I understand that changing the room layout can be difficult, but it would be great to consider this in any future renovations. Additionally, the furniture is not very kid-friendly, and the floor can be quite slippery. I also had some trouble with the reservation process. It was difficult to contact the hotel as no one picked up the call, and there was no human response on Line and Messenger. In the end, I successfully booked the room via email. Overall, I would recommend Sofitel Hua Hin for its excellent facilities and family-friendly environment. However, I hope they can address the insect issue in the mini-golf area, consider some improvements to the room layout and furniture, and improve their reservation process.

We really enjoyed the variety of activities provided for kids and families. Perfect weekend getaway from Bangkok for a family with kids. However, the beach is tiny and cannot go for a stroll on the beach

I love that the hotel offers various outdoor activities for families and kids, such as an outdoor playground, bikes, scooters, and a swimming pool. The bike lane, with its beautiful garden and scenic views, was truly impressive. We adored the mini-golf garden. It was fun to play with the kids, and even just walking around and taking pictures was enjoyable. The kids' club was a bit disappointing for my 3.8-year-old. She felt there wasn't much to do, and many of the toys seemed worn out. Additionally, we had booked a king-sized bed, but it turned out to be two twin beds pushed together, which wasn't ideal, especially since I was sharing a bed with my daughter. Despite these drawbacks, we had a wonderful trip overall.
