nous avons passé un excellent séjour, Andrew et Mei ont très bien géré nos demandes y compris la gestion des billets de train Luang Prabang/Vientiane. Navette gratuite entre 3 nagas et Sofitel très appréciable, Excellent petit déjeuner et différents repas.

Dans l'ensemble, un excellent séjour. Nous avons aimé : - les bâtiments historiques - la literie, très bonne - le restaurant, excellent +++ - le petit déjeuner - la gentillesse des employés (grand merci à Ms MIN et Mr FAN who helped us a lot) - l'accès à la piscine du Sofitel, très sympa Nous aimons moins : - climatisation bruyante dans la chambre (et placée au dessus du lit c'est NON !) - les chambres sont (très) peu insonorisées.

Ce n’est pas pour rien que Luang Prabang est classé au patrimoine mondial de l’Unesco. Hôtel fantastique, placé au cœur des principaux monuments. Alors même si l’endroit est bruyant et oui tous les anciens bâtiments de la ville sont classés donc il est très difficile de faire des travaux de rénovation et d’insonorisation. Un petit bémol, on doit traverser la rue pour le petit-déjeuner et la terrasse est face au trottoir donc pas vraiment tranquille. Ces petits inconvénients sont vite oubliés par la gentillesse, la considération, l’amabilité de l’ensemble du personnel. J’ai eu l’occasion de rencontrer Mr COTEL, cluster general manager, qui gère avec un grand professionnalisme 3 Nagas et le Sofitel. J’ai visité ce dernier qui est aussi un endroit fantastique, plus calme avec un SPA merveilleux. L’endroit est totalement différent mais très luxueux également. Vive recommandation pour l’un ou l’autre de ces hôtels du groupe All Accor. Un grand merci 🙏 à vous tous pour ce séjour de rêve au Laos.

Voyage familiale au Laos avec ce séjour à Lang Prabang où l'hotel est en plein centre ville (attention au bruit des processions le matin). Personnel au petit soin et charmant.
