My parter and I stayed at this hotel for two weeks and we very much enjoyed it. Thanks to Bishnu our room was clean every day including changing our towels daily. The breakfast offered a high variety of options as well as lunch/dinner as we had this included in our package also. The food was delicious and freshly prepared for us everyday. We would like to thank all the staff: Nidhin, Vandana, Hanshu and Ei for looking after us during our stay at the hotel, they were all extremely kind and professional and we will definitely return here soon.

I did my daughter birthday function on 19th Nov 23 and it was a grand success only due to the cooperation, help and on time service of food, stage etc by the staff. Mr. Nidhin the F&B manager is awesome and he is very professional in dealing the clients requirements and helping them from start to end. His cooperation and arrangements are commandable ...the food was awesome and very tasty.... All my friends praised me for the overall ambience, food and arrangements. Thanks to Mr. Nidhin and his staff... and i deffinetly recommend Ibis hotel for any functions.....

My friends and I went to the bar it was great place , it's amazing place to spend your time specially if you are agroub like us and want to enjoy in your day also staff are amazing special thanks to Dali, staff are very friendly finally thanks for everyone there.

Location: The hotel is outskirt of Dubai central. It is quiet place next to international city area. Relaxing away from busy centre. However the hotel is accessible by public transport, bus 310 with bus stop at the back of the hotel. Th nearest metro is centre point where the bus operates from this metro station back and forth to the Dragon mart where Ibis hotel is located. It takes 20 min by bus from the centre point to the hotel. The first metro station is centre point (Red line) runs to expo 2020 and back. Every station has a mall incl. the famous Dubai mall Burj Khalifa . The metro passes the Dubai airports (terminal 1 and 3). Uber taxi or other taxi co. cost around AED 50-80 going to the airport. It is only quiet area in a Dragon mart mall and location is perfect. The are shops around the Dragon mart so if there is no worry. However, the Dragon Mart mall is not worth shopping for a brand products so better shop elsewhere by metro. Cleanliness: Our booked Room was always tidy every time we came back to the hotel in evenings. The housekeeping is commendable (Kishor) whom I met ensure the room is clean. Food: There quite few choices in breakfast (buffet) and I am I impressed the dining team (Parasol, EI, Bandana, Nidhin) whom we always catered us in meal times. Well done guys. We are fed well in breakfast. Dinner was not a buffet but there choices on the menu. Serving is big so nothing to worry in the evening meal, can be also delivered to your room. Room facility: Room is big and overlooking the city as we were on 5th floor. There is fridge (but we do not use it often- only need to check as it is not cold). A little check to the AC because it is a little noisy but not disturbing. Team responds quickly when I asked the smart tv had no signal and rectified. Overall, my wife and I were happy in our checked in. We enjoyed our stay.

I will talk about the hotel restaurant that was amazing with fresh food and tasty juices and super service with VANDANA Definitely will come again I rarely find a good restaurant near dragon mart But this restaurant changed my opinion
