SHAKSMAX Business - TripAdvisor review

Terrible Stay I found the hotel unsuitable, my son was racially assaulted by a hotel guest and this was reported to the staff, and I was not even contacted by management. It seems that the guest is also harassing the hotel staff (especially the female staff) and he is still welcome. This hotel should be removed from the Accor booking system, as a French person I am ashamed that the national hotel group of my country like Accor is associated with this establishment.

The hotel is in the heart of the city But… 24 hours of noise in the room. (Nr 351)There is some kind of transformer under the window that doesn’t stop In the bar they don’t refill drinks for a lot of money. The view from the window is terrible (the photo is attached) I believe it could just be our bad luck, but 5 stars?... Not even close to that

As a solo female this hotel was fantastic, felt so safe and comfortable. The room set up was great and breakfast was outstanding. The staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming.

Very disappointing. This is a average/good 4-star hotel, but far from being 5-star. Let's start with the pros: the position is great, and so the building inside. The breakfast is sumptuous, reasonably in the top five I ever had, for variety and quality. Flaws: - the courtesy of the staff, in particular at the reception (in the breakfast room it is far, far better), is not exactly the best ever. They probably misunderstand coldness and professionalism; - the room (superior) is nothing special at all. No working desk, more a coffee table, with an armchair, not particularly comfortable. The basin in the room, and a separate toilet sounds rather a strange solution; - the frigobar in the room was not only empty (in a five-star????), but even switched off. Really disappointing; - the roomkeeping was also disappointing: the bed was made rather approximatively, and without folding at all the pajama. Suggesting have the room not cleaned at all - not just the non-replacement of the towels - as a form of promotion of sustanability is dangerously close to be held as offensive; - a sauna kept at 55°C is NOT a sauna at all. The pool is pleasant, long and tight, but pay attention to an angle at mid-lenght: be careful (and the hotel might put some soft protection). It is intended to be more a relax facility, than a proper swimming pool, in any case.

everything was very nice from our arrival to departure. the hotel was clean the persons working there were nice and friendly. the breakfast was excellent and the activity room was perfect for us. we highly recommend the hotel to our friends
