Easy access, beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast experience, great staff. It's my last night at Jogja after hoping from another city and different hotels, finally my kid can have her preferred breakfast like she used to have at home. Not my first time staying here. Always love to coming back. They send us messages thru whats app before date of check in. Ask what we need. Check in was smooth. Mr zhemmy help me and explain about hotel very well. Room very modern and clean. As platinum member i get upgraded even it was busy week. During breakfast was very crowded. Since it was holiday season. Rara help us for what we need. Overall i will definitely come back and I recommend this hotel. Best of luck

I got text a day before arrived and asking my arrival schedule which is something special. Check in, treat like normal guess not like All member. Room they said being upgrade, but not sure what is the different with what I had book. Ammenities not like other Grand mercure that I know, this one very minimum. Breakfast was good, small pool and good gym.

I stayed two nights while exploring Jojo... it was a great experience... hotel rooms were lovely and the staff were fantastic. Special mention to the Hotel Manager who was a Vespa fan... he went over and above to ensure I had the best time in Jojo.
