Welcoming & helpful English-speaking staff - nothing was too much trouble. High end reception/lobby area. Room superb with comfortable bed & modern fittings. Great breakfast, plus nice restaurant which will deliver yummy food to the downstairs bar. Loved the pool. Special thanks to our driver, Nugroho & to the helpful trainee staffer Ilham.

I stayed at Grand Mercure Adi Sucipto for Ied Holiday with my family. Due to traffic I was checking in quite late, but I already informed to the hotel beforehand. Check in process was smooth and I was given a room at the same floor with the restaurant and pool which was very convienient for me. It was a very pleasant stay. I want to give my gratitude to the restaurant team (Ms. Zakia if I'm not mistaken, and the rest of the team). They already reserved a table for me, and it was very thoughtful of them as it was really packed and I found no empty table when I was taken to my table. Looking forward to my next stay when my next visit to Yogya.

A good stay as always. However there is one thing that irritated. I had to pay for parking because the parking guy said that my vehicle wws not registered as a guest. It turned out that the parking guy input a wrong plate number of my vehicle. To get my money back, I was told to text the supervisor of the parking management, which was different than the hotel's. Too much to do for me since I had to leave.

We stayed only for 1 night, and was trying to use iur Accor voucher to upgrade our room. The fron staff said that there are actually rooms for upgrades but they are all reject rooms, when i said ok ill take the chance for the reject room, he still didnt give us the room. Im sure its just another play to keep member from upgrading to a better room. The room we stayed was so dirty, bath room walls and floors are filthy, bed sheet is not white, there are 2 small pillows that is very stinky and dusty.
