A great hotel, in every way!

I stayed here for 1 week, from 28/1/26 to 4/2/26, and it was my 2nd time here in 2 years. It is only a 30 min car ride from the airport, and it is within walking distance of most things you’ll need in Geneva, train station (5 mins away) Lake Geneva (5mins away) shops, restaurants, (very close by) Geneva town centre (10 minutes walk away) etc, etc. The staff are magnificent, and very helpfull. On this stay I engaged mostly with Alain at front of house, who was superb, but ALL staff members are great at their jobs! The rooms are a nice size, with tv’s, but no tea/ coffee facilities, however, there is a machine in the breakfast area for tea, coffee, hot chocolate, (free) 24/7. All bed linen + towels are changed daily. The breakfast is nice. Always fresh and plentiful, with a varied choice, hot or cold. The beds are comfy, and the shower / toilet are immaculate. I cannot fault this hotel, which is why I chose it for my return trip. You won’t be disappointed.

Don’t stay here!! The street noise is unbelievable, even with windows closed. Lots of shouting and crowds of people even at 1 am.

This is an excellent mid-range hotel about a five-minute walk from Cornavin Station. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and my room was clean, modern, and quiet. I had their breakfast, which was generous and tasty. Overall, this was a perfect place for a quick stay in Geneva.

You get what you pay for with this hotel. A good clean room, great breakfast happy helpful staff and very close to train station and lakeside Only moan is two small towels are not enough for two people staying for four nights

Having read a couple of reviews prior to travelling somewhat concerned at the one stars criticising everything So to give a fair review 1. The hotel is centrally located giving easy access to the Christmas markets, old town and rail networks 2. The staff across the whole hotel were delightful, polite and could not do enough for you. 3. The rooms are small but typical city hotel, clean, tidy and appear to have been refurbished 4. Someone said they were afraid to go out as in the red light district. What a load of nonsense we all walked around freely and even the street girls were polite and wished you a good holiday as you passed them 5. The showers were high powered, hot and a pleasure to use with shampoo and body wash in the cubicle 6. With the windows closed there is no mouse whatever I would definitely stay here again for it’s staff and superb location Thank you
