Safe secure private night stay in economic rent

If you are in a business trip and need a room for night staying with decent privacy, this a place you are looking for. This is rather a small studio with a microwave, fridge and washing sink with relatively economic rent. Although it is difficult to identify unless you read the instructions carefully in the reservation page. It is under the supervision of the Novotel Hotel, but no dedicated staff is assigned for the apartments.

We are delighted that you appreciated the privacy, in-studio amenities such as the kitchenette with a microwave and fridge, and found our rates to be economical, which we strive to keep competitive while offering a comfortable stay. However, we understand that locating our Résidence Studio Genève Centre can be challenging and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We appreciate your understanding that while we do not have dedicated staff on site, our nearby Novotel Genève Centre is always ready to assist with any needs, as all check-ins are managed there to ensure a smooth arrival experience. We hope you managed to take advantage of our central location, close to Lake Geneva and numerous city attractions, as well as the convenience of free public transport provided to all our guests. ミニキッチンがあるものの、食べるためのスペースがデスクしかなく、椅子も1脚のみで、使い勝手に不足あり。

During my stay at the Residence Studio Geneve Centre Hotel in Geneva, I encountered a few notable highs and lows that shaped my overall impression of the property. Located in the heart of a bustling area, the hotel offers both convenience and a couple of challenges. Firstly, the noise level around the hotel can be quite disturbing. Due to its central location, the sounds of shouting individuals and loud vehicles frequently permeated the room, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the sound of doors slamming within the hotel itself was surprisingly loud, often startling me awake even from another room. This aspect of the stay certainly detracted from the comfort and restfulness one would expect from a hotel experience. Secondly, the breakfast offering was disappointing, especially considering the price point. Having checked in at the nearby Novotel, I had expected a similar dining experience. However, while Novotel guests enjoyed a diverse buffet, those staying at Residence Studio were provided with a very basic meal—two pieces of bread, a banana, a single serving of commercially packaged yogurt, and beverages including coffee and orange juice. For 15 Swiss Francs, this breakfast felt underwhelming and did not meet the expectations set by the hotel's affiliation with Novotel. In conclusion, while the Residence Studio Geneve Centre Hotel benefits from its prime location in Geneva, prospective guests should be prepared for the significant noise from both inside and outside the hotel and a basic breakfast that might not deliver satisfactory value. Travelers seeking tranquility and a hearty morning meal might find these points worth considering before booking.

While we are happy that you appreciated our central location, we regret to hear that the noise level was a concern during your stay. We understand the importance of a restful night's sleep and offer rooms on higher floors and towards the backside of the building, where the noise from the bustling streets is less prevalent. For future visits, we would recommend requesting a studio on one of these quieter floors. Regarding breakfast, we are sorry to learn that it did not meet your expectations. The express breakfast option is designed to provide a quick and convenient start to the day, and we also offer a more extensive breakfast buffet for those who prefer a wider variety. We hope you were able to take advantage of the complimentary public transport card provided to explore the city, as well as the comfort of your studio equipped with a queen-sized bed, kitchenette, and free high-speed WiFi. Room was clean and comfortable, good budget room for young travellers . The street can get quite noisy so bring earplugs , kitchen is quite bare (no Bowls and minimal kitchen equipment) shops nearby to get food and snacks air-con works great!!!! The location is very close to the lake and staff at check in were friendly and we were able to check in early

Let’s start with the positives. There were no bed bugs. That was a surprising win. The room was awful. Dismal. Terrible. I have stayed in better rooms at backpackers. Small and very basic. Tiled floor, 1 plastic chair, and a bed. But that’s not the worst of it. The location is in a part of town with a lot of working girls. You can’t help but wonder how often the room has been used as a place of business. But that’s not the worst of it. The location is in a busy and noisy part of town. The windows are double glazed which helps a bit with the noise. But if you close the windows you have to turn on the aircon, which is like sleeping next to a chainsaw cutting through metal. But that’s not the worst of it. Somebody somewhere was smoking the entire night we were there. I don’t know how, but every 30 mins or so the room would be filled with cigarette smoke. The only options were to open the windows or turn on the aircon. So we didn’t really sleep at all. We originally had paid for 3 nights on booking.com but left after 1. The worst part is being charged over 300 Franks per night for an absolute craphole.

Regarding the smoke disturbance, while our property is smoke-free, we empathize with your discomfort and are troubled that this occurred during your stay. Our pricing reflects the demand in the city, our central location and the facilities we offer, including free public transport and Wi-Fi access. We take all feedback seriously as it is vital for our continuous improvement. Upon your earlier check out nothing has been mentioned to our reception.
