部屋は十分に広く、バスタブとシャワースペース、冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあり、長期滞在にはありがたい。 ホテルの向かいにはショッピングセンターがあり、レストランで食事も、スーパーでテイクアウトして食事することもでき立地も良い。 バス停も近く、駅方面や空港へのアクセスも良い。

部屋が広く滞在期間が長くても快適だった。朝食は長期間滞在（9日間）だと、メニュー不足を感じた。

Family suites close to the airport

This Novotel property is convenient to the big shopping mall and to the Geneva airport. We stayed in one of the rooms for one night during a short weekend trip. The room was fine for our family of four for one night. It felt clean enough and there were some soft drinks that we could have access to. The room and building is definitely from another time period, but you can see that the hotel chain has tried to upgrade some of the amenities. For example, Rituals soaps and lotions are provided, which makes the experience of staying there feel a tiny bit nicer. The breakfast was fine, and nice that it’s included in the room price. There is a nifty pancake machine that the kids were really into. If you need a family room close to the airport, I could recommend this Novotel property.

Nice hotel, well appointed, decent breakfast - we are up to get our money’s worth. It’s not that close to the airport - 5-10 minutes in a taxi; there didn’t seem to be a shuttle bus and the regular bus is only every 20 minutes or so. My one complaint - I was emailed to ask about bed configuration; I replied; my request was ignored / not carried out. The night porter was super and got it sorted out but why ask at all?!?

We are located just 7 minutes from the airport by bus, and we understand that the waiting time for public transport can sometimes be a concern. Our night team was glad to resolve the matter, and we will ensure better communication in the future to prevent such oversights. Nonetheless, we are delighted that our staff left a positive impression on you, particularly the night porter who was able to assist in sorting out the bed configuration issue promptly. Part of my stay at Novotel Suites Geneve Aeroport has been payed by points. In the checkin procedure the clerk charged me the amount of the used points in Swiss Francs. The reservation explicitly showed that the points were used. The hotel is in fact not close to the airport and there is no hotel shuttle to the terminals.
