We are delighted that you found our hotel to be a comfortable and convenient option for your unexpected change of plans, with our proximity to the airport and the Balexert Shopping Centre right across the street. It is great to hear that the cleanliness of our rooms, the comfort of our beds, and the quality of our breakfast buffet added to the value of your stay. お客様 この度は、当ホテルにご宿泊いただきまして、誠にありがとうございました。 フロントの対応がお客様のお役に立てたようで、何よりです。当ホテルは、空港からバス10番で 7分、または空港から徒歩25分の所にあります。しかしながら、空港周辺に似た様な名前が多い為お手をお取りしたようで申し訳ありません。お客様に分かりやすいご案内が出来るよう工夫してまいります。また、備え付けのドライヤをはじめ、朝食時のヨーグルトやドリンクの場所、領収書送付に関する貴重なご意見に感謝いたします。お客様の声を参考に改善に向けて取り組んで参ります。とはいえ、当ホテルで快適にお過ごしいただけとのこと、嬉しい限りです。 またのお越しを心よりお待ちしております。 Marc Fischer, General Manager

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. We are delighted that you found our breakfast staff helpful and that you considered the breakfast price to be reasonable. However, we regret to hear of the issues you faced. Our bathrooms are designed to maximize space while still providing privacy, and we understand this can be an adjustment for some guests. We will take your feedback into account for future improvements. Additionally, we note your feedback regarding your interaction with our receptionist and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We ensure ongoing training for our team to provide accurate information about our hotel and local amenities. Our location opposite the Balexert shopping center and proximity to public transport options, like the bus that connects to the airport in just 7 minutes, are aspects we are proud of. It's also great to hear that you appreciated the complimentary transport card we provide for our guests. We look forward to seeing you on your next trip to Cointrin. It's also pleasing to know that the cleanliness and spaciousness of your room, as well as our bathroom amenities, contributed positively to your stay. However, we regret to hear about the challenges you encountered, particularly with regard to the shuttle service and the handling of your request for an iron and ironing board. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. It's our aim to provide timely and efficient service, and it seems we fell short in this instance. We are sorry that our staff's behaviour did not reflect the high standards we strive to uphold. We will follow up on this with our team to ensure we improve our service. Nonetheless, we are pleased that you enjoyed the restaurant area and found our rates to be great value, especially considering the convenience of our location before an early flight.
