The hotel was dirty and staff was rude. My husband is 83 and cannot carry suitcases down steps. I asked for help and the answer was NO. We made reservation online several months ago and were not told a budget hotel. We were so uncomfortable in lobby we could not stay there.

It always seems odd reviewing a chain hotel - you probably know what to expect. The bathroom set up was slightly strange but worked. Though the curtain between the bed and the bathroom area was a bit tricky. The staff in the breakfast room were very helpful, price was reasonable. The staff member on reception knew about the local bus but not the tram (it's only a 5-10 walk away), which seemed odd. Plus the free transport card is an excellent addition (not sure if this runs all year round.)

Wind Down before you take off from Geneva !

The free Airport shuttle service runs daily ; every 20 minutes from 5 am to 11 am and from 17.30pm to 22.30pm. It's easy to get to / from the Airport and the train to downtown is only a 7 minute ride. I received a free Geneva Transport card the night before, however I did not need it as the previous one from my previous hotel was still valid on the day of checkin. Although it took me 90 minutes to reach the property due to being badly misguided and having no internet connection, the actual time to walk from Geneva Airport to the hotel is around 10 minutes ! With several luggages in tow, it was with some relief when I finally arrived on foot as the free shuttle was between it's operating hours. I loved the vibrant entrance with the Rubiks cube stool and the Swiss gift shop in Reception. The gentleman who checked me in was professional and sympathetic to my journey into the hotel. I asked if I could have an iron and ironing board brought to my room as I really did not want to come back down again. I was not too impressed at being told to come back down myself as apparently they had no one to bring it up. Imagine my dismay when I came down not some minutes later to fInd 3 staff sat in a room behind reception, looking at their mobile phones. There is a nice Restaurant area, a snacks fridge and a vending machine. The room was super clean and fresh and very spacious with separate wardrobe and a beautiful bathroom with wallmounted shower gel. Great rate and definately a great place to stay the night before your early flight from Geneva !

Great right by the airport with a shuttle bus.We stayed here has everything you require for a nights stay close to airport, excellent breakfast and the staff were charming, it's a basic hotel but we found it very comfortable quiet and thefre shuttle bus runs every 20 min back to Airport.

Well located, near the airport by bus #10. The hotel is opposite of a shopping mall. Requested for an early check-in but it will cost me more or less CHF30 instead we just leave our luggage at their storage area free of charge and we went out to that shopping mall to buy some food. After we came back around 11:30 - 12:00pm we were allowed to check-in. Front desk staff were professionals and kind, same goes to the staff at breakfast area all were nice and accommodating. Breakfast is basic but good enough, bread, croissants and pastries, meet and cheese, cereals and fruits, etc. Room as per Ibis, small but clean. What I have notice is that they don't have AC, or it was centralized.

Regarding the climate control, our hotel is equipped with an air cooling system to maintain a comfortable temperature, although it is indeed centralized and cannot be adjusted individually in the rooms. Nonetheless, we are glad that the convenience of our location near the airport and opposite the shopping mall met your expectations. It's also wonderful to hear that the cleanliness of our rooms contributed to a pleasant stay. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future for another enjoyable visit.
