Dear Sir, We appreciate the time you have taken to provide us with your opinion of your stay. We appreciate you taking time to share your experience. Our team is delighted you enjoyed our well-stocked bar and signature cocktails. The breakfast selection featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients remains a highlight many guests appreciate. We're particularly pleased you found the bed comfortable and shower refreshing. That said, we regret any disturbance during your stay. Our secondary building's heritage flooring preserves historical character while modern double-glazing typically ensures tranquility. For future visits, we recommend our signature rooms on higher floors facing Place Kléberg. Finally, our central location near the lake and transport hubs makes exploring Geneva effortless. We hope our complimentary public transport card enhanced your city experience. We hope to welcome you back to the Rotary for your next trip to Geneva. The satisfaction of our guests is our top priority and we strive to provide a memorable experience through our unique décor and personalized service. Nevertheless, we regret to hear that the room size and the accessibility of the shower/bathroom did not fully meet your expectations. Our hotel is designed to offer a welcoming and intimate setting, and we understand that layout preferences may vary. We appreciate your understanding that the unique charm of our historic building comes with certain architectural limitations. Moreover, we take note of your thoughts on breakfast and would like to mention that we offer a variety of options to cater to different tastes, including freshly ordered hot dishes. Finally, we are delighted that our central location was to your liking, offering convenient access to Geneva's attractions and a serene environment just steps away from Lake Geneva. Our bar and restaurant aim to add to the comfort of your stay with a cozy fireplace in winter and a shaded terrace near an open fountain from spring to fall.
