Dear Brad, After replying to your initial review via email on 17th April, which you may not yet have seen— we can see that you have now added a second review under a different account. It is disappointing to see this second review again single out a staff member who was carrying out their duties appropriately and according to the hotels privacy policy. As mentioned in our original email reply, we sincerely apologise if any names or pre-arrival details were overlooked. These protocols are in place to protect our guests privacy, and our team is expected to follow them without exception. While we absolutely welcome constructive feedback and take all guest concerns seriously, continued personal criticism of team members is not acceptable.
