Staff extremely friendly & helpful. Chloe in the restaurant was very lovely and as new trainee, She has been taught well. Food was excellent Dinner & Breakfast. The room had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Perfect cleanliness A bonus having the shopping centre next door. Also the shuttle to the airport was extremely helpful and at only $8 a bargain. Thank you wish we could have stayed longer 🌹 Karen & Vincent Morgan Room 503

Taylor and the others at reception, the housekeeping and kitchen staff have all been very accommodating to our requests and respectful of our needs. Aircon was good. Pool was clean. Phone reception is patchy at best, probably due to the airport nearby and hotel WiFi wasn't much better, dropping out every now and then, though it was free.

Great staff. Good parking. Location good for airport, shopping, business.

Really friendly helpful staff. Good location and overnight parking very reasonable. Great to have bar and restaurant on site. Comfortable bed. Not quite sound proof but very good Better experience would be to have smokers relocated to furtherest carpark (if can’t be made 100% smoke free) from front entrance. Unfortunately smokers allowed to smoke at front door (4 meter rule?). The stench permeates the foyer and completely detracts from entering the hotel whilst in a cloud of nicotine. Otherwise this would be 5 stars.

Arrived with a warm welcome and quality service by front desk staff Tersia who was attentive to my needs and ensure everything in order at the time of check in. My room was very clean and was clean and tidied everyday by Emma meticulously. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A great place to stay when needing to stay in Brisbane. We’ve had the best experience every time we stay. Convenient to airport if passing through. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic. Great service, food and coffee which is sometimes hard to find. Recommend highly. Can’t add photos as our Meal was so delicious.
