Avoid - dirty, cramped and in need of a major facelift

We arrived just after midnight after flying in from the UK. Understandably, there were no staff on the desk with whom to raise the issues we experienced which were as follows:- the room was dirty, someone had used the loo and it had not been flushed. The sliding bathroom door was not fixed at the bottom and the broken bracket on the floor was dangerous. None of the sockets in the room worked, and the shower gel was empty. Bathroom floor needed a good steam clean. Extraction fan was minging. Room was very small with bed pushed up againster the wall. We left ASAP in the morning. Room 119 17 Dec 25.

NO HOT WATER - disappointing.

Close location to the airport but very small room. We had no hot water at all & had to endure a cold shower. The share kitchen facilities were quite dirty & the microwave was disgusting.

Very basic, lots of traffic noise, didn’t feel very clean. We only stayed here as a last minute booking because of a cancelled flight. Nice and close to the airport but no where close by to eat, we walked 20 minutes and found an Indian restaurant. Would only recommend if desperate for somewhere to stay.

This hotel is a budget hotel and nothing to get excited about but clean and tidy. The hotel does charge 5 star room rates when there is a struggle for rooms in Brisbane (yes demand) but offer nothing more. It is a bed and a shower nothing more.

I stay in many hotels. A stretch calling it a hotel. One of the worst stays. The room was dirty, smelt and given the price the experience overall just terrible. Even the general area was average in cleanliness
