Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Please accept my sincere apologies on this matter and thank you for sharing the picture of your food. I can confirm that this is not the spec for the burger and again please accept my apologies. This has been passed onto the head chef to investigate further. If you stay with us again and you find something isn't right please do let us know as we would be more than happy to rectify the situation for you there and then as we always want our guests to be happy with our service.
