From our first check in with Lisa to the wonderful restaurant staff to our second check in with Jenny the staff at the Ibis were wonderfull. We had checked out for a 6am flight to find the flight was cancelled, we called and said can we please come back and was told yes absolutely. We had a few more hours sleep and a shower before heading back to the airport for a lunch flight. The staff have a fantastic vibe which tells me they like working there and I love seeing that- it means the Ibis are looking after their team. Thank you for making a stressful morning easy.

Always stay at ibis when an early flight out of Btidbane. Beds very comfortable but room often a bit cold for us. Good variety of food in restaurants. Think price is quite high for a airport hotel - could have stayed at a posh hotel in Brisbane for less.

Small expensive one nighter to catch an international flight tomorrow, standard room 20 m2 queen bed and only one bedside table and one bedside lamp, bathroom nice, smallest fridge I’ve ever seen, nothing special just basic toiletries shampoo and hand wash Nice cafe bar in the centre with nice food pizzas good 10 minutes walk from train but bit difficult to locate
