I was attending an aviation conference at the conference center. I love looking at planes take off and land. This hotel is a perfect choice. The room is clean, comfortable and has a nice view of the airport. The bed is comfortable. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities are not fancy but perfectly adequate for a brief layover, although a desk lamp would have been welcome.

Super convenient, clean and easy check in. Just what you want for a one night stay. I walked over and back from the Airport. Its wonderful when you can get up, shower and be through the airport and at your gate all within 45 minutes! As a note - I don't check luggage so, it may be a bit of a struggle with large bags to do the walk. A cab or Uber would be quick and cheap though.

Crofter2011 Solo travel - Ulasan TripAdvisor tersertifikasi

My third visit to this hotel for an overnight stay before heading back to the UK. The check in was as before quick and easy. I had booked bed and breakfast. The room was large ,clean and very comfortable. I had booked a 4:30 wake up call which was spot on for time. As I was catching an early flight the next morning I went down to the restaurant for an early supper. It appeared that everyone had the same idea and there was quite a queue, I was told it could take a very long time before I got a table and even longer before I could expect my meal. But fortune was on my side as the manager Xin suggested that those that wanted to could follow him to the bar at the next door hotel and have our meal there , a few of us did just that and I had a very nice club sandwich and an excellent beer from Botany Bay brewery. A perfect end to the day. My relief was short lived as I was told at my hotel reception that meals for breakfast were not available until 5:30 and I was leaving to go to the International airport at 5:25. When I had booked some 5 months earlier in my naivety I imagined that there would be an early breakfast time for myself and others travelling early, obviously this was not the case, luckily help was at hand in the form of Xin who arranged for me to pick up a continental breakfast from reception at 5:00 which was ready when I checked out that morning. It was good but not quite the start to my morning travels that I had hoped for. This will NOT stop me from coming here on my next visit to Brisbane.

Breakfast is nice, with large variety of food to choose. The room is clean. It also provides 24-hour check-in service. It takes a 10-min walk from the domestic terminal to the hotel. The room is simple and clean. The hotel is quite expensive, compared with other Ibis.

Rudest check in I have ever experienced. I have travelled a lot, all round the world, so that is saying something. I’m very much regretting not staying at a motel a $10 Uber away. Jemma has to be the rudest front desk person I have ever encountered, with Katie watching on and not interested or intervening. I have worked I hotels for 10 years and never seen or experienced this. I have just spent the last two weeks in another Accor hotel, this was unexpected and quite disrespectful to the point I am deeply offended, being g to the point it was hostile I wanted to walk out. I will no longer stay at Accor properties once my current bookings run out after this experience. Understand it is late at night, however I am still deeply disappointed and expect a basic level of service, it doesn’t have to be overly friendly, just not rude and confrontational.
