I recently stayed at the Novatel at Brisbane Airport with my elderly parents. We had interconnecting rooms and one was accessible. Our room package included breakfast. We arrived late at night from an interstate flight and had room service. We had a midday flight the next day so we had a lovely buffet breakfast in the restaurant. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable and quiet. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Convenient location, near the shopping centre and the international airport. Check-in was quick and attentive from Nancy. The oysters were so fresh in the restaurant, that pizza may need a bit more of topping. But the restaurant service was top-north from Hudson and Tim.

We walked in with a big group, the team tried their best to help us with joining tables together, absolutely helpful and friendly. We then chose the buffet. The food was delicious. We were looked after by Juan, he was so amazing. Chef Rex was also pleasant and funny.

The service at the restaurant was excellent and the steak I had was the best I've ever tasted. I ordered the Rump steak and my friend had the Barramundi, both of which were delicious. I hope that in the future they will have live music and nice views, as there were lovely window tables. Thanks, chefs and Reece for the good experience.

The restaurant meals were great, and it was convenient for a businessman like me to shop across the road. Layla was great in the restaurant. Just need to improve the pillows in the room but it was not a big deal. I will be back here soon at the end of this year
