While the rooms and room service was very good, the service at the executive lounge was not good. The staff was not friendly. An executive lounge should be available all day, this is the only hotel I’ve stayed that had extremely limited lounge hours. The staff yelled at me when I tried to enter 5 minutes early. When paying this much I expect more

All the employees are friendly, accommodating. Superior suite was clean and spacious. Liked the location due to the mall near by, center of Seoul. Plus for having washing machine.

As part of our commitment to sustainable development (reduction of the use of plastic amenities) and government initiatives, toothbrushes are not provided in the rooms. However, we do offer toothbrushes in the lobby for a small donation of 1000 won that will go to the Yongsan Welfare Donation in the name of Seoul Dragon City.
