The hotel was well located and it was easy to roam around in the city. Most of the packages which we booked through Klook or other applications, was having direct pick up from the hotel so it was very convenient for us. The room was very spacious and overall we enjoyed the stay. But there are few improvements which I would like to suggest 1. Hotel needs improvement in the buffet breakfast. The dishes were not regularly topped up. There were many instance when i could see empty vessels on the buffet table which was first time experience for me in Accor hotels. The variety was also not so many during my 3 nights stay. In room dining service was great and the food taste was also impressive. 2. Another thing about the room is regarding the washbasin. The drain of the washbasin were generally kept closed by the housekeeping staff. But the opening of the drain plug (push type) doesn't have any arrangement from outside, we had to press the plug manually by hand which i felt very awkward. I called the reception and asked how it has to be done. She explained me to use my hand. Either you may leave it open after cleaning or you must give any arrangement to open it by providing some measures which normally exists in all washbasins.

Good location. there're two subway train lines to choose to travel around Seoul. Staff are good. Breakfast was not impressive and we skipped most of the days. We spent six nights . The room always well cleaned.

This was my first stay at an Ibis property. I have stayed at Mercure hotels in the past. I will say the entrance is amazing and the staff was wonderful. They were able to accommodate a last minute change for us with no penalty which was extremely gracious. However, we requested an additional pillow and never got it. Housekeeping came extremely late when we had already returned to the room after being out all day so we declined cleaning and just got more towels. The towels were in shreds. Also, our bed was two singles pushed together which was fine but it left a huge gap between the mattress and headboard. This is why we needed the additional pillow. Also, the bathroom situation is ridiculous. There should just be a wall behind the sink and not a window shade. This is not shown in any pictures on the website. There is no way I would've booked this hotel had I know there was no privacy in the bathroom.

As mentioned in previous reviews, the hotel is a short walk from the station. The signage is not very good and you need to take the lift or escalator to the ground floor and enter through the revolving doors. Ibis is colocated with some other hotels and is furthest away from the revolving doors. Design is bright and playful. It felt very new and the lobby was huge. Room was good sized, might have benefited from somewhere to put the bags instead of having them on the floor. We had opted for the breakfast and it was ok buffet style with a bit of variation of dishes between the mornings. The breakfast close at 10 every morning and then the staff asks you to leave. I tried to stay to plan my day and finish my coffee but that wasn’t appreciated. The area is not bad, If you go back through the station, you have the ipark mall and also a nice area with restaurants. Overall a pleasant stay
