Following last year, I visited my home country, Korea, again this year. Because of the positive impression I had last year, I chose the ibis Hotel (Yongsan) without hesitation and made a reservation. The reason was Carmen Yeu, who kindly guided me at the front desk. Thanks to Carmen Yeu's friendly, attentive, and detailed guidance, I was able to enjoy a comfortable stay in a pleasant environment. I would like to recommend this hotel to my friends and acquaintances.

Early check-in is complicated and expensive however Mrs Carmen allowed us to use the sauna facilities so we could freshen up before our meeting at KBS. That was a very nice gesture. The hotel is conveniently located next to yongsan station.

It's my 2nd stay here at this property and will always be whenever I stay in seoul. It's nearby supermarket, mall, eateries and best subway. Service was top notch, though at peak times waiting time could take awhile could be at times lack of staffing during these period. The only transport that I was disappointed was the removal of airport bus services which used to be available at hotel doorstep.
