The foods are excellent, especially the ribs and meats, very juicy and easy to chew. The local foods also tasted very nice. After the break fasting, the service was also very nice assisted by Ms. LENI, as she kindly provided us with the Arabian tea which was delicious. Overall, great foods and sevices.

Their so called “chef” on “egg station” doesn’t know poached egg. This is ridiculous . He should be a cleaning service instead. Being a platinum member doesn’t give you any benefits either. Instead they told you that you’re gonna get breakfast during check in, but Ozy from reception managed to print the room list wrongly. Be careful if you’re staying here, it’s better to have breakfast somewhere else. The only good thing from the buffet is their indomie.

When am at arrive at room looks happy cause the bad is clean with real white. Than happy to the the bathroom also Good service from the staf Haikal, Good Menu for Breakfast and taste. I try pastry my favorite, also healty jus- feel like my home when mornjng come. Then try baken with omellet and frech fruit. Go more best to the next day. Success for yoyr bussiness.

When i was go to mercure hotel at sabang, the hotel not to big but really clean and have excellence service. Also, the meeting room is really clean and have a lot of stuff and the employee really helps our meeting going well. this hotel serves us the best (mba leni)
