Very nice hotel. Good transportation from Railway Station by metro nr 2 or 6 station Louise. There is a tram 92 and 97 which stays in front of the hotel (Fider stop) Bed was comfortable .there is a fridge and microwave which is big plus. Breakfast was good..bread fabulous and hotel is clean. Air condition can be a little bit noisy if someone is light sleeper but it's not problem ...I always travel with ear plugs. I'd recommend this hotel!

We asked for, and were given a room, at the back, not facing the street. It was very quiet and we slept well. The room, bed and bathroom were not massive, but the room had a fridge and microwave. Free water, tea and coffee were available 24/7 in the breakfast room, The breakfast was good. Tram 92 from the Parc and Palais area stops right outside and the Louise metro station is 6-7 mins walk away. There are quite a few places to eat within a few minutes walk, together with a couple of small Carrefour shops. 20-25 mins walk from the European parliament.

I spent there three nights. Two of them in a room with broken air condition with unbearable heat. When asked to change my room they told me they are fully booked and it is not possbile. Change of the room was possible only during the hours indicated by manager (when I had some meetings I was forced to cancel). No compensation or refund has been offered. Give 2 stars only because the lady at reception was nice. Defenietely do not recommend!

The room was clean and just big enough. Staff was very friendly. There was no outside noise, but one could hear the other guests, especially when using the bathroom or when closing doors. Comfortable bed. On the downside: They did not make up the room, the heating / AC is very loud, there was not even a paper cup for a tooth brush and at breakfast every piece of cheese or sausage is wrapped in plastic, what a waste. But all in all I was happy with my stay and will come back.
