Good sized room and bathroom, comfy bed, very soft pillows and WiFi included which worked well. Shower was powerful and the room was made up daily. We had a small fridge and microwave in the room. There isn’t a kettle in the room, but tea, coffee and hot chocolate are available free 24/7 in reception. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, bread, pastries, cold meats and cheeses etc plus a waffle maker and scrambled eggs and bacon. There is a tram stop directly outside the hotel, which is handy but can be a bit noisy if you have the window open, but room was air conditioned so no need to keep the window open. Would recommend.

We had a great stay at this hotel for my boyfriend’s birthday weekend. The biggest advantage is the location - a tram stop is literally outside and you can get to the city centre quickly and easily. Our room was clean and comfortable, and a good size. The hotel is overall very quiet and peaceful, but the reception staff are on hand to help when needed. The hot chocolate in the lobby is delicious also! Would definitely stay here again.
