stay with some issues

good hotel with easy reachable location and easy to airport or city or any train even if area around is not the cleanest or nice. room on eight floor was good, great shower and good bed but in the morning the water pressure was terrible so i could hardly shower and was not really hot, and even if breakfast starts at 06 it was a sad site at 06.15 without orange juice, coffee machine not working and except one cook who trying to get all the things out not what you would expect, even 30 minutes later it was not ready, on good side you could just eat what was there as there was nobody checking as well. there were only me another guest so i guess early morning is not the thing but still the breakfast at this hotel is really usually superb so not sure what went wrong on Friday but did not have to discuss with hotel as was rushing to airport.

We ate in the Bar of the Pullman between the Eurostar from London and the NightJet to Vienna. The meal was faultless,l and the service excellent. The rhubarb crème brûlée was especially good. A great way to break our journey. And they let us leave our luggage while we had a quick look around outside.

avoid in summer, useless air con

Nice hotel but sort air con hotel is fine room , nice room but at hotel rating air con too hot would not stay again for business..if im working I need a decent night's sleep..not here breakfast was fine.. check in fine location fine would be OK on winter but avoid in summer at all costs

If you need to be near the Brussels ,idi station, this is to place to be. It is connected to the stations and the hotel is ,odern zith very nice rooms. The staff is incredably professionnal and friendly. The only negative point is also a positive one; the location. The area is sketchy but if you knoz hoz to navigate around, its fine.

If quality and convenience is what you are looking for then look no further than this hotel. Attached to Brussel-Zuid midi station this is perfect if you have travelled on Eurostar. Staff are friendly, rooms clean and well appointed with a superb breakfast service. The only very minor quibble relates to the views out of the windows that look towards the inner quadrangle and the fact that the area immediately surrounding the hotel is not the nicest! However that is common around stations in many European cities including London and Paris.
