Jade greeted and checked in quickly and efficiently. Very spacious room, almost like a mini suite. A cozy bar and Romain's cocktails are worth a visit. It was a short one night stay but I hope to return as it is easy to access and the staff are very professional.

Overall the room was nice, spacious. The front desk was kind and polite at check in. Some negatives were; we found the cleaning staff quite rude and constantly disturbing. We got a knock on our door about an hour before we were required to check out where they were rudely telling us to ‘depart’ so they could clean. We kept insisting that we weren’t required to check out yet but they weren’t impressed. We witnessed them being pushy to sleeping guests on our floor pressing for when they would be out so they could clean. The breakfast had a good variety but on two mornings we decided to go at around 10am since weekend breakfast was until 11am. The breakfast area was absolutely filthy, food on the floor and all around the stations. No clean plates available and no fresh food. On our final day at 10:40am our plates were taken from us very rushed and they began setting up for lunch. We were also disappointed that the chrome cast on the TV was not working and we were not informed of this until we asked. Location of hotel was obviously close to the station which made our day trip to Ghent easy.

A decent hotel chain with this location in need of renovation and in a less than desirable part of town. For example, one of my fellow travelers was approached by someone less fortunate immediately upon arriving at the hotel. The only saving grace was the professionalism and courtesy of the staff inside the hotel and the convenience to mass transit. Perhaps convenient for business (assuming there are businesses nearby) but I would never recommend this place to anyone visiting Brussels for pleasure as it does not appear to be walkable at night to local restaurants, shoppes, or anything of interest.

Stayed with family. Great stay good appointed room. Clean and comfortable. Direct access from hbf beside Haagen Dazs ice cream/waffle shop. Great view of the city from the room

Nice hotel very clean, 20 min walk from city centre and next door with train station . Taxi station and bus station just outside . DON'T go near the bar. Very expensive Gin Tonic €21 , Aperol Spritz €16 this is my opinion not sure for you . Staff very friendly and helpful
