My second stay at this Ibis. Efficient, good valu3 for money, typical Ibis shower and bedroom, really great location (for Brussels Midi - Eurostar, airport access and other trains) but no atmosphere. Bar OK. Will stay again when convenience calls ….

The hotel is well located, very convenient for any transport, not far from the city center, spacious rooms and delicious breakfasts, the staff that works at the reception are always happy to help, polite and nice guys!

Room warm but only topper changed on bed and it slips around on top of the mattress. Little English spoken which is ok I can manage in French but ordered pizza without cheese and was not told this wasn't possible - got a pizza I couldn't eat instead

Good location but average hotel

Good location for Brussels midi station if you are passing through. We were upgraded to a larger room with a kettle. The room was to hot the thermostat was on 25 with the fan just moving it around, we slept with the window wide open and it’s November and it was still hot. Bed was ok, bathroom looks like it needs a good clean! Towels thin and not quality. Paid for breakfast and it wasn’t worth the money. We travel a lot and this is a poor Ibis. Area around hotel is not great either. Some good available at hotel but all have cheese!

Weekend away to watch football

My second time of staying here, having stopped the same weekend last year. The hotel is very convenient from the station, just a five minute walk. The environment around the hotel isn’t great. Though I have to say, it appeared to be markedly better than last year. Don’t let that put you off. The hotel has security on the door and the rooms are clean, functional and comfortable. For the money, it’s a good deal and I would use again.
