Hotel resort, also good for business

I stayed there two nites for business. The checkin was friendly and convenient. Free water in the fridge (cans), a spacey room, deposit box, good manageable AC, good shower and a fantastic bed. Room was on ground floor and the window was not locked, but you can do that by yourself. Breaky was on another floor, with outisde and inside sitting. Fresh made eggs, omelette, freshly made juices, bread, fruit, pastry, cheese, ham, sausages and so forth - for every one something good to find. Checkout was simiar professional as checkin. Next time again

Went in this property for two nights, and didn't enjoy too much ! First impressions wasn't good,beginning with the front desk lady,she's not so sweet.The room is good but the worst part was the smelly pillows,with a disgusting smell of pre guest sweat, yuk ! I had to cover the pillow with my personal towel to avoid the bad smell !There was a low variety, low quality food, When I placed the reservation on-line it was never mentioned about payment for self or valet parking.You have to wait until 9am to use the pool ! Isn't this all freak ? I won't back in this property any time soon !

We came on the 1st of January to play a round of golf ( the hotel is promoting as golf and resort) and to have lunch or dinner at the hotel premises. When we walked in, and we asked the receptionist ( Larissa), she didn't know if the golf course was open ( she called to find out!!!) and she told us that we weren't allowed to go to the restaurant either as it was reserved only for guests of the hotel!!!!. We asked if the hotel is "pet friendly." which means if they accept animals, and she told us that yes, the hotel is pet friendly, but when we mentioned that we have a cat, the receptionist said the term "pet friendly" doesn't include cats!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! Very unprofessional and sloppy customer service; it seemed like they had zero training. Everyone was guessing, and we felt that nobody was there to work but to ensure they would not have more workload, so they focused on sending customers away—a very disappointing experience from a Novotel.

Slow check in and check out. Food offering quite good. Smelly bins outside level 6 lifts not cleared for 4 days despite 4 requests to do so. Constant loud noise from unnecessary "entertainment" became very annoying. Brazilians seem to enjoy this noise but to me (an international visitor) it was noise pollution with no escaping it!

I visited this deal or Dell for business reason talked the building is new and also the furniture are pretty more done with nice architecture I what I found it really disappointing was the services.the first day the receptionist was not even speaking English and it took me A while to connect at the reception with the concierge.one morning there was no hot water in the room and I had to go to take a shower in the gym.when I did finally the checkout I spent 15 minutes thank you for the checking out. In my opinion the service must be improved a lot
