During the check-in I was not informed about meal times , nor any recreation for kids. I found out during my stay , first because I missed one of the meals and second, because I saw kids playing in groups and asked one of the employees that was with the kids. My family missed nice experiences due to lack of informing us this during check-in. Besides this, it was very windy and cold and I think the Hotel should have more covered places to be at with kids when the weather is like this. Everything else was very good, the location, room, meals , pools and playground.

However, I noticed that the staff’s service could be improved to enhance the overall customer experience. THE HOTEL HOSTED AN EVENT DURING THE WEEKEND AND WAS NOT PREPARED FOR THAT , ON SATURDAY I WAS NOT ABLE TO LUNCH AS THERE WAS NO FOOD SUFFICIENT AND VERY LONG LINES DURING THE BREAKFAST,LUNCH AND DINNER.

it was OK, although there was water leaking from the shower to the outside. this is the second time I experienced some water leaking in the bathroom and the window this time was too dirty that I could barely see the view outside. And the price is always too expensive
