Loved this hotel and location. excellent service, good food and comfortable beds. Close to the botanical gardens which are well worth a morning walk through.

First of all I’ll start with the good points , the rooms where clean, the food was good , the location was only a 15 minute walk into the city The bad points ☹️ Reception staff on arrival were not the friendliest, waited 27 mins before been served and had the worse attitude I’ve seen I customer services, I asked about parking and was told there wasn’t any and I should have checked this on their website. I can’t really knock the hotel itself but if you want to feel welcomed on your stay away from home don’t book this hotel, they pretend they don’t understand the Australian accent.

In the plus side quiet room, lovely waitress and great food. On the negative tiny overpriced room. Grotty shower tiles and filthy window. Very soft mattress, which wasn't any good for my back. Distinct lack of customer service upon check in.

A good sleep here, that's it!

The front desk is international friendly & Welcoming - otherwise the value in the twin room we bought for a couple of nights was not really there. These rooms it must have been a standard twin, are tiny maybe 3 sqr mtrs of space after twin bed. Very comfortable up to standard Mattresses. I had a good sleep here that's it.

Stayed once before and was underwhelmed. This time it was a great stay. Location good, parking cheap and easy and plentiful. Great views from 17th floor room. Front office staff efficient, professional and helpful. Room good size, great bed, great pillows. Bathroom on the small size. Immaculately presented. Wonderful restaurant on first floor, with the best hotel buffet breakfast I have had for a long time.- fresh, tasty and plentiful with good coffee.
