The front desk is international friendly & Welcoming - otherwise the value in the twin room we bought for a couple of nights was not really there. These rooms it must have been a standard twin, are tiny maybe 3 sqr mtrs of space after twin bed. Very comfortable up to standard Mattresses. I had a good sleep here that's it.

Stayed once before and was underwhelmed. This time it was a great stay. Location good, parking cheap and easy and plentiful. Great views from 17th floor room. Front office staff efficient, professional and helpful. Room good size, great bed, great pillows. Bathroom on the small size. Immaculately presented. Wonderful restaurant on first floor, with the best hotel buffet breakfast I have had for a long time.- fresh, tasty and plentiful with good coffee.

I was worried about our stay as the reviews were not positive- but had already booked so decided to go.. My husband and I wanted a night away from kids, a surprise for him. Although small we were pleasantly surprised the room was clean, the staff friendly and the lovely gentleman allowed us to check in earlier than check in as our room was available. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee so good for that time of the morning. We will be back, THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR STAY WELCOMING..

Great, affordable hotel option in Perth, especially for longer term stays. Clean, quiet, safe, good location, kind and friendly staff. Fridge and kettle in room are very convenient as well. Housekeeping doesn’t seem to come to clean room and replenish towels on the weekends though.

Thanks to Ms Tegan and her team for being quick snd wonderful fixing my booking and assigning me great room Wonderful and accommodating team from booking thru to check out.As Accor member they were considerate with my request for a view as I'm anxious of enclosed spaces and upgraded me anyway due to my membership. Very attentive colleagues at the restaurant too ! Plus IGA is so close by and Shige restaurant. I'll stay again definitely.
