CBDへ行くバス停がホテルの目の前にあり、夜はとても静かで快適に過ごせました。受付の方も親切で、部屋も新しく快適でしたが、2名で利用するには少し狭いかもしれません。近くにはラングレーパークもあり、最高の環境でした。

Over charged. Money taken.

I stay here regularly for work. Twice they have removed money from my account overcharging me . The first time they removed 3 x the amount I had already paid . The second time double. Check your bank account . They keep your card details. I do not know for how long or how but it is very concerning.

We stayed here after a flight from Europe before continuing on to Sydney. We paid for an early check in and it was perfect. We checked in at 9am and got some sleep on a very comfortable bed with good pillows. There is a supermarket across the road and a few restaurants around (recommend Chinese Panda restaurant 1 block away). It is close to the river and the park, but is a fair walk away from the shops.

We only stayed one night in this hotel, which is located just in the CBD and was reasonably close to the airport. They have a 24/7 reception and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfy.

This budget hotel really overachieves and punches above what I would expect considering its price point. I’d usually stay at a Pullman, Novotel or Sofitel but after reading reviews about cleanliness and a great Accor Plus member Red Hot Rate popping up, I thought I’d give it a go. My experience matched the online reviews which stated that the entire hotel is exceptionally clean. At 13 m², I knew the rooms would be tiny but the layout in my King Riverview room was very functional. They have done well to have a bathroom with a bigger than usual shower. I ate lunch, dinner and breakfast in the Eastside social restaurant, every meal was delicious and special. Shout out for their half a crayfish for $26 and their semifreddo dessert which looked and tasted incredible. Whilst there was recognition that I was in a Accor member at check-in, and no charge for breakfast, there was no in-room recognition of my platinum status, but to be fair, at this price point I don’t really mind. My room was super quiet, the mattress comfy and friendly staff from check-in to check out. The restaurant team worked hard the whole time I was there, even when it was quiet and there were no other guests they were busy cleaning and tidying and preparing things. They were polite, friendly, happy, and an asset to the hotel. A shame this hotel wasn’t designed with a few bigger rooms for those who like a bit of space, but highly recommend to anyone for a short day, good food who doesn’t mind being a short walk to the actual Perth CBD. Accor welcome drinks were very entry level wines. Understandable at this price point so I skipped them on this stay.
