This hotel is conveniently located within easy walking distance of cafes and restaurants, and the free CAT bus mere steps away which will take you to the main train station. Reception was warm and friendly, and the bed was extremely comfortable. On the downside we were under the impression we would be getting a refurbished room which was definitely not the case. They finally completed renovating the front lobby on our last day, but all rooms also need a renovation to bring them to normal Mercure standard. As a frequent Accor user, this was a disappointment for us. We did not opt for the breakfast on site as found the $28 charge overpriced. I highly recommend Orah cafe a short walk away for friendly service, great coffee, and reasonable breakfast options.

場所はCAT バスの停留所の真ん前で、好立地。部屋はベッドが清潔で快適だった。それ以外は、施設が古くて、傷だらけのお部屋。特にバスタブの底の表面塗装がはがれていて、バリバリになっていた。そのまま裸になってバスタブに浸かったら、大怪我をしそう。なのでマットをひいてシャワーのみを使用した。シャンプーのボトルは押せども押せども動かずに、出てこない。仕方がなかったので、自宅から持ってきたシャンプーを使いました。滞在には辛いので、次の日からの4泊は、近くにあるWESTIN HOTELに宿泊しました。地獄から天国へ来たような印象を受けました。

Elected to stay here as it was the closest & most convenient to Royal Perth Hospital where I had to attend. It is just 400m or 4-5 minute walk. The hotel has recently been acquired by the Mercure group & is currently undergoing renovations starting with reception. Our room was on level 7. It was much larger than expected however maintenance was lacking. The shower head was attached but had fallen so it pointed at the ceiling. All door rebound bumpers mounted on doors or walls were loose & the toilet roll holder allowed the roll to fall off whenever it was touched. The air conditioner was noisy but effective. Maintenance staff attended immediately to repair the shower. The hotel offers continental or full cooked breakfast which are adequate. The location of the hotels offers easy access to the CBD free bus service known as the CAT just 25m from the front door. It is also an easy flat walk to the main CBD area. I recommend this centrally located hotel which will only get better when renovations are complete.

Stayed here late October 2023. Rooms are simple and dated but comfortable. Parking is shocking and limited - book in advance or you will be parking on the street. They have just revamped the restaurant on the ground level which is really well presented with nice areas inside and out. I will likely be back as this hotel represents a fair price for the accommodation offered.

部屋の掃除が全くされていない日があり、タオルも当然効果がなかった。またボディーソープが無いとフロントに言って出掛けたのに交換されていませんでした。残念でした。
