This review covers my last two trips about a week apart. The staff are very helpful, friendly and polite. The room was clean and tidy on arrival as usual and when serviced. The Rubix bar and dining area was great with reasonable prices and excellent meals. Well worth a stay for your trip.

Small but good value room with comfortable bed, clean, modern and good staff on the desk. Added bonus of a free drink voucher and a chocolate delivered after checking in. Had dinner at the restaurant which was nice and also value for money. Also a good location in Perth city.

Hotel was very close by downtown. Great value for money. Rooms were very comfortable with fast wifi access. Breakfast was nice with good spread of cold and hot foods. Staffs were excellent and helpful at reception, pub and housekeeping. One of the best fries I have had and pizza was thin, crispy. Good selection of beers with affordable price. Also have happy hour on selection of wines and beers. Overall comfortable stay and highly recommended.

Clean, comfortable, and practical: Right in the heart of Perth CBD

Stayed for a total of 6 nights at Ibis Perth recently as part of my business trip. Staffs were helpful, courteous and friendly. The room, although basic, was clean, comfortable and reasonably sized- given the price tag of less than AUD150 per night. Was fortunate to be given a room at high floor with great views of the CBD. As a light sleeper I am reasonably satisfied with the quality of the bed and quiet surroundings at night. And yes they do have blackout blinds (specifically mentioned this as some comments pointed that there were no blackout curtains). Breakfast was basic and there were plenty of eateries nearby so I do not think booking with breakfast is absolutely necessary. The hotel is just 5minutes walk away from Perth Train Station so that makes travel to the Airport (and practically anywhere) really seamless. Overall a great stay, and I will be back again with Ibis Perth for my next trip.

Awful hotel equivalent to a backpackers. Rooms are dated , needs a good paint job, bathrooms are dated and have water leaks. Carpets are stained and wore. If you order fresh veg with dinner it’s actually frozen veg. Meat is 2nd grade. Scrambled eggs are powder eggs . If you want a backpacker experience try this…

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to see that you ere not happy with your stay at the ibis, though I can confirm that the eggs you mentioned are not powdered, they are actually "free range " whole eggs, scrambled.
