Stayed for 2 nights during our last leg of our trip in Perth. The hotel looked new and the room is clean and tidy. Staff was friendly and efficient; various requests from us were swiftly dealt with. While the rooms were big, we found that the stuff given like bottled water was not consistent. My room for both nights I had to call the hotel to deliver them to me. We also saw some rooms were given the tags for ‘do not disturb’, our rooms were not equipped with that. My friend who was an Accor Silver member also did not enjoy any of his privileges like welcome drinks etc. Overall it’s still a very nice place to stay at for its location where it’s near to many restaurants and shopping malls as well as the train station where a service took us to the airport.
Disappointing. Not coming back.

Location is good. However with free CAT buses that run through Perth Station, most hotels have good location as long as it is near a CAT bus station. Service is a big let down. Check in was tedious. Being served by a newbie, was being questioned with a series of textbook small talk questions that was stressing both of us out. After all the tiring process, hoping to have a good shower and rest. To our horror, in the midst of the shower, realized the shower gel has not been replenished. Called housekeeping with nobody picking up, called reception three times, with one personal visit at the reception, after an hour, to get the shower gel replenished by a gleeful housekeeper, the reception manager gave us one drink coupon for the inconvenience. I do not need the drink coupon but I did expect a small gesture to wish me happy birthday as I did specify that this trip was to celebrate my birthday. Nothing.. My first birthday hotel stay that is so disappointing. Daily house keeping is generally clean but awfully inconsistent. Everyday coming back to the hotel room, is like looking forward to a surprise, it could be pleasant, it could be bleh.. Room is tiny. But that is fine if you are out most of the time. Wall is quite thin. Can hear beeping sound from next room. Or when you have a noisy neighbor, that will be quite a headache. Will I be back again? Highly unlikely. Will i recommend to my friends? Definitely not.

New - Good Location but Over Priced

Building all looks new. Great location Room is tiny - smallest room Ive ever stayed in - no view and way over priced for what it is. Reception staff great. Buffet breakfast was good Attached is a picture of our view from our $380 a night hotel room….think they need to re-think their prices for what they are offering

Great new hotel
As one would expect from a new hotel that just reopened to the public.' All nice a new. Bed was one of the best i have slept on in any hotel weather in Asia or Europe. Restaurant was not open when i stayed, Was due to open about a week later. The only personal thing i didn't like was there new style check in counter setup. I did have some grips. This place has by far the most expensive valet parking in Perth. Now in saying that. It also had the quickest retrieval of any in Perth. So i guess that what you are paying for. They do have deal with Wilsons parking across the road somewhere Also signage is bad. I had trouble finding this Hotel even with the sat nav. The room service system sucks. You have to download an app, register, order and pay through the app. I didn't i went across the road for late food, This was the worst part of the whole stay. I love room service normally. Will i stay again? Absolutely . I enjoyed it and the bar was great too.

This hotel has a lot of improvement to be done. We arrived to a Smokey smelling room and when we told reception they put a divisor in our room which made it worse. Our room was not serviced on 2 occasions, one day when they did service the room they left no mat mate and when I asked one of the housekeepers for one they were rude. Tea-and coffee were not refilled on a number of occasions. Tried the buffet breakfast at a cost of $45 per head and as my husband is a coeliac had to ask for gluten free food, no labels stating what was Gluten Free. When he was given the food it was cold. Being a Gold card Accor member I have to ask if this is worth being a member.
