最低限のホテルと言った感じです。 改善点、残念だった点を述べます。 アメニティ類がほとんどなかったこと、朝食が毎日同じで少し飽きました。 13階の部屋でしたが、上の階がジムだったのかドタドタと音が続きました。 シーツは綺麗に敷かれていましたが、汚れが残ったままだったので洗濯はされていないと思い、不快でした。 浴槽のガード(透明の壁)が固く、シャワーを浴びたあとは滑りやすいため危険です。

ロールカーテンが半分無かった。トイレ排水後に異音がする。

立地もとてもよく、部屋も快適でした。 毎日綺麗に整えてくださり、お風呂の湯温や量も良く、受付階でお水が汲めるのも良かったです。 変換プラグを貸して頂けたのも助かりました。 使い捨てのスリッパが備え付けてあればもっと良かったです。

It’s wonderful to know that the daily housekeeping, bath facilities and access to drinking water on the reception level were appreciated, and that our team could assist with a power adaptor when needed. Thank you also for your constructive comments. I apologise that the tray for tea and coffee items was not as clean as it should have been — this will be addressed with our housekeeping team. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding disposable slippers and will certainly take this into consideration. 部屋も綺麗で広くて、毎度タオルも交換されていたので快適でした。 ドライヤーもありました。日本と違い歯ブラシはないので事前に持って行く必要があります。シャワーは備え付けなので外せず、水圧も強いですが、特に問題ありません。
