Rewards Points Don’t Get Awarded & Wrongfully Denied Breakfast
I stayed at this hotel for a period of 30 days on a business trip, when I checked in I was precisely told breakfast wasn’t included in my booking. Shortly after additional colleagues checked into the hotel and breakfast was included for them, I questioned my booking at reception and for 9 days went without breakfast when I should have had it. Another disappointing issue was none of my rewards points have been assigned to my account, when my colleagues have been. We have the exact same booking system so the hotel are purposely holding these back for some reason, maybe cause I signed up for stay 20 nights and get 20 nights free?? I was informed the manager would apply my rewards points but 7 days after checking out they are nowhere to be seen, they clearly don’t want to award me my points. Its not the first time I’ve stayed at the hotel but it could possibly be my last.

We stayed for four nights in November and it was a very enjoyable stay. Good room/view. Good breakfast and friendly service in the bar/restaurant. Next time we stay in Perth this will probably be our first choice.

Staying in Perth to see Coldplay. The Adnate was one of the finest hotels we've stayed in. The hotel decor was sensational and the air conditioning throughout the hotel was very effective in the Perth heat. This hotel is a gem.

Convenient location and Clean room but I lost my stuff there
Good location, friendly staff member but I lost my hair curler there. Not something I expected from proper hotel like the Adnete. Called them twice and they told me they couldn’t located it. Very disappointing and would not return again.

I loved the Adnate Hotel. The art was impressive. Loved the beds which was so comfortable, shower was great, room amenities and staff all amazing. The TV is great that it can connect and cast to your phone. Central location close to everything. I’d definitely stay again. One comment is a shame the breakfast was open a bit later than 10am on a Sunday. A lot of people were coming in as I did about 0945 not realizing it shut at 1000. Bar was amazing and had a great vibe Friday night.
