Good simple hotel

Friendly front desk staff got us off to a good start. Lake view room was pleasant and would offer a good sunset view. Smallish room but modern and clean with everything you need (and nothing you don’t). Good wifi and aircon (not needed). Short hallway to enter the club. Dinner was ok, our rate included a simple continental breakfast but you can pay for cooked items as well. Oodles of parking, mostly open air but some under cover. It’s set a long way back from the road so there was zero road noise. All up, a fabulous stay with all the basics done really well.

Good clean hotel. Comfortable one night stay on road trip south to Sydney. On site parking very near to hotel entrance. Reasonably close to town centre and beach.

Clean and compact hotel

We stayed here for two nights.. Easy check-in with the front office staff, welcome drinks in the room, clean and compact room and bathroom.. The complementary continental breakfast at the attached club was satisfactory (choice of cereal, juice, fruit/yogurt, coffee/tea, bread, etc) Lots of free parking on-site, with limited undercover parking available as well The only complaint was the very soft bed that resulted in a backache after two nights.

Fantastic motel! Lobby is lovely and the staff are amazing! Loved the fact they had kids corner in the lobby, my kids just wanted to sit and colour and play games! Such a lovely touch! Room was huge and very comfortable. We had an issue with the bathroom tap and it was fixed immediately. Room was clean and bright. King bed was extremely comfortable. Sofa bed wasn’t so much but they aren’t really made for adults! For kids it works fine but definitely not for adults. My only suggestion to the motel would be to replace the sofa with 2 single beds. But overall the room suits a family with young kids. We didn’t use the club but you could access the club from the motel easily. Parking was fantastic, having under cover parking was a nice bonus. And again the staff were fantastic!

Possibly best Ibis Styles I have seen. Adjoins a service club so meals are virtually in house. Off the road and no noise. Ibis sized rooms are very clean. I noticed the clean glass to the entry and gained an immediate positive impression. Friendly personnel.
