Lovely clean Ibis Styles. Very reasonable rates. I got an upgrade to the top floor and a warm welcome as an Accor Plus Platinum member. The Hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious. Meals are available by a covered walkway at the Diggers Club next door. Nice spot for an overnight stopover on our drive south.

Lots of parking. Check-in was easy. One lift, which was a little slow. TV didn't work, but the front desk quickly resolved. We could easily hear the people next door talking, so ajoining room doors are not very soundproof. Bed was comfy. Dinner at the Diggers Club was great. Continental breakfast included in our booking was not so great. If in The Entrance in the future, we'd probably stay again.

Accessible room Ibis Styles, The Entrance.

We found the 'ibis styles' at The Entrance' NSW had great accessible rooms. Our hoist and shower chair and husband's wheelchair had enough space to launch him. The beds were on rollers as was the single bed. The hotel people told us we could move anything we needed to move (I easily moved both beds).The bathroom sink was high enough for my husband to stay in his wheelchair and get his knees under it to clean his teeth. The toilet took our shower chair . There were an adequate #bars on the walls but, there wasn't a toilet surround to assist getting off the loo. But, i'm sure management could accommodate this , if needed. The shower was in the same room with no hobs, lips or other obstacles and plenty of room. The room itself didn't have a microwave but, access via an inside walkway to the Diggers Club next door gave residents access to breakfast (in house or takeaway) Each floor (6or 7) had an accessible room but every bed may not fit a hoist under it. However, staff happy to change your room or bring in a bed that will be high enough for hoist to go under it. This Ibis Brand was NOT your usual small Ibis box room. Staff were very obliging and keen to assist if they could.
