What a Fabulous 5 star team , i sincerely congatulate to leadership team of this hotel, every time thier team members went beyond expectation.No part of product or services under rated every part weather ots house keeping ,Restaurant,reception,mentenance, every one knew their jov,They were self motivated and carried real smile.I wonder how is dat possible where i could not find one little glitch and not me all 7 of us felt that. Amazing team.Congratulations.

Stayed at Mercure Kooindah Water Resort on one of my friend's recommendations for the first time with low expectations, but the experience was outstanding. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The staff were energetic, welcoming, and genuinely caring-credit to great management ( I assume). Special thanks to Maggie & jack at reception, Rhiannon( Sorry if name isn't correct)at the restaurant, Tim at Front Office ( Didn't get chance to meet in person who made me felt valued when spoken over the phone while finalizing the booking), and the each staff we interacted with. Breakfast was excellent, with barista-made coffee included. Beautiful rooms, great views, well cleaned and maintained properly and consistent service from booking to checkout. Will definitely recommend and return.

We only live about an hour away, but Mercure Kooindah Waters caught our attention a little while ago, and we often now book for a couple of nights just to get away and relax. All of the staff we've come in contact with have been excellent, the in-house restaurant Karinya's, and their staff, are just perfect for our type of stay. We couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

Très bien, logement spacieux. Cadre agréable avec vue sur le golf. Environnement calme. Idéal pour se reposer. Le buffet des petits déjeuner est copieux. Le repas du soir, excellent et service sympathique.

Voilà un très bel établissement posé sur un golf à une heure de route de SYDNEY. Grande chambre avec vue sur le green (Jamais eu une aussi belle chambre dans un hotel Mercure !) Couchage aussi comfortable qu'au SOFITEL. Bon petit déjeuner. Cet hotel est le meilleur rapport qualité/prix de notre séjour australien de 45 jours !
